I was really excited to try Zips especially because this location has gluten free buns. They seemed understaffed so had to wait a while to get my food. I paid just over $30 for two meals and they weren’t anything too spectacular. The fries had no seasoning and the burgers could’ve used more sauce. It was nice getting the opportunity to have a fast food burger since they offered gluten free.

What in the hell has happened to Zips Drive In! The food quality is not only poor, but double frying chicken and fish is against health code guidelines! We ordered two chicken baskets, dry, cold burnt batter, and tasteless. The owner Paul Packer should be ashamed! What a disgrace to Zips legacy in Spokane! $39 for two inedible meals...no way! I never leave reviews but I just left the drive thru, there was no line but I had to wait a couple minutes before being greeted, which was no big deal. They didn’t have ranch but offered jalapeño ranch instead. I ordered mozzarella sticks that weren’t even cooked. The cheese itself was not cooked and the breading was lukewarm. They didn’t give the ranch but instead tarter sauce, not ideal for mozzarella sticks. Service Take out

I won't be going back to this location. I got a 6 piece chicken basket. They didn't give me a couple of my chickens and this is what I get for fries. Definitely not worth over $11. Very angry. Everything was cold and gross. The guy at the first drive thru window spilled our drink and started cussing. I'm not happy with the service I received. Don't go to this location.

$57 for mine & my husband's food!! We could have gone to a nice restaurant for that price! Then, to top it off. The tater tots, & especially the onion rings, were nothing but mush. I don't know if I'll be going back. I think I'll enjoy the nice restaurant instead. 🤔 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

They r Hella Jewish on their ice cream cones, if u ask for it to be put in a cup cause the ice cream is a little too soft for this weather they will put between a 1/4 and 1/2 of a kids cup with ice cream and just set an empty cone on top and that's for the regular size ice cream come and that's the biggest one they have.. I feel like It wast a waste of money and that I got ripped off 100% at least the other ones I go to fill the kids cup at least 3/4 full and puts some ice cream I'm the cone than puts it on top.. I won't be going back there to waste my money and get ripped off.. I pay ove $3 for a regular ice cream cone I should get what I pay for Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered shrimp and fries from a very rude employed when I finally got my food. I asked him for cocktail sauce and tartar. He said it was in the bag and slammed the window shut period. This is by far the worst zips. There is nothing in the bag wrong food and still cold. Service Take out
