The satay house is breezy and spacious. The satay looks nice and you could hardly find any fat with it. They are almost perfectly grilled, with just right amount of charred goodness. However personally I feel it is a bit sweet. Yet the taste is good. Their Ketupat is sold like hot cake so it would better to come earlier. They accept electronic wallet transaction here.
Tried sate kambing, daging and ayam..Portion is quite lean, taste is sweet and savoury. Not overwhelming with spices and the meat for all three are juicy and tender. However, I have tried other satay place with bigger chunk of meat. You might want to order more if you are famish or a big eater. Peanut sauce is not bad too. Tried their nasi goreng cili api which is very refreshing and tasty, not oily at all. Also tried lai chee kang for dessert, generous portion and great thirst quenchers. Service is fast, that being said, I came during non peak season weekday. Not sure how is it during peak season or hour. Highly recommend this place if you are in the area! Nasi lemak is great. The rice is fragrant with the scent of coconut milk, the sambal is awesome too. But The chicken is too dried and very difficult to chew. Basically, it spoils the dish. Satay ia just soso, but one thing to highlight is the ketupat. You rarely find this in muar as the ketupat is wrapped by leaves, whereas many others choose plastic wrapped ketupat. The leaves provide natural fragrance and taste to the rice. Other dishes are just okay. Would recommend you the nasi lemak (without fried chicken ) and teh ais.
One of the best satay that I've tasted. From a small shop to now, is the testament of the satay here. Keep up the good work. Oh yes there is other nice food here as well but mainly people come here for the satay.
The satay was juicy and tasty....few dishes to choose.. LaichiKang was awesome, full of Laichi & Longan...
Satay was so so. Service was okay. Cleanliness was so so. Overall everything was kind of just okay for me, buttt, the soto taste bad, awfully made. The bean sprouts were so rotted that I have to throw it away. Should have just stayed away from this restaurant. Definitely won't come back. Service Dine in

Seriously what had guests comment here before were correct. You need to wait quite long and called yourself to order food. I ordered Mee Rebus Special, chicken satays and Kueh Teow Biasa all were not delicious.
If you like satay, this is the place for you whenever you're in Bakri, Muar. They serve mutton/lamb satay here as well... But, if you're not a fan of satay, you can still enjoy a delicious bowl of Mee Bandung Muar. As a Johorean, I can guarantee you that they serve authentic Mee Bandung Muar. Albeit it (the gravy) could be a tad too sweet to most people. I'd like to add that this dish contains a lot of seafood (dried shrimps to be exact). So... If you're allergic to seafood, refrain yourselves from ordering this dish. Another menu item that I'd like to recommend is their Mee Rebus! It's to die for! Again, it might be a bit sweet to most people. But if you ask for extra green chillies, you won't complain. They also serve a variety of fried rice dishes. I've tasted their nasi goreng kampong and I liked it. It's spicy though, not suitable for most children and some adults. It's a very casual place that is always frequented by the locals. It's not very clean, especially the restrooms and the floor of the restaurant. They should work on that. If you're going to this place on public holidays, I'd say that you'd better eat something earlier because the waiting time is quite long. There'll be a lot of hungry people waiting for their food.
