It was our first visit to this restaurant. We were celebrating a friend's birthday.
Our waiter, Rafael, was very friendly and attentive. The food was very good except the mofongo; it was tasty, but it was cold and the smallest one that we saw!
My breadfruit tostones were overcooked. The dorado in butter sauce was very good. One of my friends tried mofongo stuffed with churrasco in teriyaki sauce. He said that it tasted very good. My partner asked for a red snapper filet in capers sauce, also well prepared. The one with the birthday tried a red snapper stuffed with shrimp in a capers sauce. He said it was very good. We had a nice time.
Hello everyone this is my first time at this restaurant located in the town of Canóvanas,Puerto Rico. This place serves land and sea food and some international food as well, they have three floors for seating and service, the staff was very knowledgeable about the item in the menu also friendly and helpful. Mask are required and covid-19 id as well there is street parking and wheelchair accessible entrance. The waiter Eduardo was Awesome
This place was a huge disappointment. Music and guests so loud downstairs that it impacted communication upstairs. Our waiter seemed as if he couldn’t wait to be done with his shift (which I can understand, but wow). We had to wait a long time for drinks, cups/glasses, and for him to take out order. (restaurant wasn’t busy).Once he took our order he came back to inform that 4 out of 6 dishes ordered were not available, and some of the things we wanted as aubstitution, were not available either. Food was bland, and that is the worst mofongo I have ever tried. Probably they had ran out of salt as well, because, my God! He also forgot to put in my little nephew’s order.

Our server, Jonathan, was fantastic. We enjoyed the chorizo in wine sauce, paella valenciana, and the trifongo. The mango margarita with the tajin rim was great. So was the Paloma.
It was great to come over this way from Loiza.
Gluten free options!

The food was fresh and well done. We had lobster, shrimp with tostones de pana. Also creme brulee for dessert. The only complaint I have is the A/C was not working and it was really hot inside the restaurant. Also the parking situation is not ideal.

The food was delicious. The menu online needs updated; there were some items we wanted that were not available. Overall it was a nice experience.

I visited Zimple with my family 2 days ago and we had a great experience. From the person who greets you at the door, our waiter Ricardo to the Chefs on site. Everything we ordered was delicious, and Im not saying this lighly. Texture, flavor balance, presentation, freshness, aunthenticity! Coconut mojito- the best I've ever had and I am half cuban, half puertorrican. App- mini mofongo cups stuffed with skirt steak 5⭐. Mampostiao rice had this smokey flavor like it was cooked in a "fogón", super authentic. The wow dish was the lobster stuffed with seafood, you can easily feed 3 people from that dish. The 5 milk cake was a very good sweet ending. Waiter checked on us many times, refilled waters, drinks promptly, make conversation and jokes with my mom. Recommended entrees, overall very knowledgeable, you can tell he loved his job. Chef accommodated my moms low sodium request. This place is a gem. Definately give it a try while staying in Rio Grande or passing by Canovanas. Thanks for the great time guys!!
This is the type of place to go when searching for a really good quality time. Food was very good and waiting times alike. Personnel was welcoming and very attentive. Highly recommended place to eat. Prices are a little over average but quality is really high for what you're eating.
