A lady didn’t hear me when I requested a cinnamon bun despite my saying it. After requesting it at the window, Melissa makes up for it and gives it. Grace, the girl that didn’t listen well. She also aggressively slams the window shut before I am served the cinnamon roll. Because of Grace, I may not return to this location unless she gets a major talking about it. The two drinks in the picture are the same order one from the store at East Eisenhower the other from West Eisenhower. I tried to check with the barista if it was correct once I saw the color looked of but she insisted it was correct. After tasting it I knew it was wrong and drove to the East Eisenhower store to get the correct drink. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Oatmilk latte is what I ordered, confirmed by the sticker on the cup, but not what was in the cup. The rest of my day has been officially ruined by the presence of cows milk. Unfortunately for me, I drank half of it before this discovery.
