Wonderful experience at Zest! Delicious food, great service with friendly staff, cozy atmosphere and good prices! We tried the dumplings (vegetarian and gluten free) and they were amazing! Great, healthy food in a pleasant environment. The coffee was particularly good (and merited a second cup) and the seeded crispbreads were excellent too The staff were very willing to adapt the salads to suit dietary needs and were friendly even though it was busy. The restaurant is super cute and nicely decorated and the staff is very friendly. The food was incredible. Loads of vegan options. Drank the best chai I’ve ever had. It was so creamy and flavorful. The gluten free vegan dumplings were super tasty! Best dumplings ever! The lentil stew was also delicious. Highly recommend this place!!! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

Atmospheric place, yummy, healthy food and amazing people. 🫶🏻Pit stopped here on my way to Norway. Warm chit chat with the personnel and nutritious food charged me with positive energy to continue my road. 🤍Will 100% be back again.

I just had a green smoothie and it was absolutely delicious. The decoration is beautiful too. If you want to give a healthy break, this is the right spot for you! Note: I tried my friend’s salad. It was good but if you’re not a fish lover, salmon might taste a bit too fishy to you cause it’s cold. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person kr 1–100

We arrived to Karlstad and the first mission was to find a healthy restaurant to eat. We discovered this wonderful place full of delicious vegan and healthy options. During our stay we went twice, we ordered the shrimp, goat cheese and vego-mex bowls. Their menu in English was very useful. I liked the shrimp bowl with mango ginger dressing the most. We also tried desserts, both were amazing and vegan: snickers and lime.

So much fresh greens! Must try Stopped for lunch at Zest. Place looked very beautiful with healthy food options and some groceries to buy. No dagens lunch options though. Tried chicken bowl and dumplings. Both were good. Chicken was very juicy and soft. Bowl was with lot of vegetables and it was a heavy lunch. Dumplings size is big than usual, so order accordingly.

The best salmon salad i have ever eaten. Really fresh ingredients, friendly staff, cozy environment and reasonable prices. If I ever visit Karlstad again, this is a place i am guaranteed to visit.

The place to go if you're craving something fresh, vegan (but also serves chicken). It's a small place but it's the best meal we've had in Sweden so far.
