The five of us enjoyed a great lunch! Had the white queso dip and crab cakes as an appetizer and then ordered the Steuben, seared ahi tuna, shrimp tacos, and the brewhouse burger. For dessert we had the most wonderful peach cobbler with cinnamon ice cream! It was all very delicious and our waitress was the bomb!

The restaurant has a good vibe. The servers were great. The food came out pretty quickly. The quality of all the food items wasn't just great. The fries were crispy and hot but the pulled pork had a weird flavor in my opinion. Kind of salty and not much flavor. My daughter has the chicken wings and she liked them. I'm including pictures but we started eating before I took them so portions are fully represented . You get three sliders.

If you like a specific brand of domestic beer (Shiner, Bud), this is not the place. Having said that, as they have a wide variety of their own brews, you can find something close to your favorite brew. All of their brews are good and suitable to every taste and preference.
The food is fantastic.
When asking for something close to Shiner, we have had several servers not know the equivalent off of the menu. I think this should be a given, especially for first-timers looking to try something new.

Our food was excellent! We had the Thai Red Curry Chicken and The Steuben sandwich with Sweet Potato Fries. We also had the 7 Layer Paradise for dessert. It was decadent. All the food I saw the servers bringing out to the tables looked well prepared. The beer was good! I had the Second Breakfast Weizen Bock. I can always find a beer I like. We also ordered a flight of the Aromatic & Hoppy Beers and liked the Smokin' Trees the best. I highly recommend this place for the food, and the beer is a plus.

It’s always a plus when a craft brewery also has a full-service restaurant. Gigantic pretzels, hummus trays, and other light noshes are one thing, but when a person could conceivably come for dinner, not drink beer at all, and leave sated? That’s even better.
Of course, I’m not going to leave the beer untapped, so my evening at Zero One was a big twofer for me. While the place was packed when I arrived on a Tuesday night, the crowd thinned, and they did not mind my setting up shop to get some computer work done.
I was at their downtown location, which has the full spectrum of fare. From top to bottom, the menu includes Apps, Salads, Burgers, House Specialties, Seafood, and Sandwiches. I never would have thought I would find a Thai tofu red curry on the menu at a brewery, but since I could probably live on Thai food, the decision was made.
And what a great decision it was! Serves with a scoop of steamed white rice, the coconut milk-based sauce was hotter than a Texas heat wave. Good Lord, I was attending to my activated sinuses in less than five minutes, and by the time I finished my plate, I was sweating, eyes were watering, and I even had to cough a few times. That’s what I call a great dinner!
Because I know that all that curry would interfere with the flight of beer I had ordered, I stuck to water until I could finish my meal and clear my palate.
My flight consisted of their Aromat & Hoppy selections: Firecracker Pale Ale (6.2% ABV; 38 IBU), TexMex IPA (6.7% ABV; 0 IBU), Mother Earth West Coast IPA (7.1% ABV; 66 IBU), and Unnecessary Stampede Hazy DIPA (9.1% ABV; 32 IBU. My ratings, in order, are: Good, Good, Great, Meh.
For the first two, flavor was excellent up front, but the finishes found me wanting a little more. Mother Earth is my kind of beer: hoppy all around, just enough alcohol, and easy from sip to swallow. As for the Hazy DIPA, I could taste the alcohol, which is a non-starter for me. I slammed the last two swigs quickly to make it go away, and then ordered a pint of Mother Earth.
All around, this was an excellent choice for this traveler. Next time I come through San Angelo, I’ll be stopping here again.

Addie was so friendly and a wonderful waitress/ bartender. LOTS of beer on that and we tried a few from light to dark beers. Pulled pork sliders are delicious along with our favorite sweet potato fries. Yummy.

Wow... where do I even begin with this extraordinary dining experience? This restaurant has completely shattered my expectations and left me in awe of their culinary prowess. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I knew I was in for something special.
The blackened seared Ahi tuna was a slice of heaven on a plate. The tuna was flawlessly cooked, with a beautifully seared exterior and a melt-in-your-mouth texture. But what truly set it apart were the accompanying vegetables that danced harmoniously with the fish. Each bite was a burst of flavors and textures that I can still savor in my mind.
Trying their amber ale, and I must say, it was a delight for my taste buds. The fact that they brew it in-house adds a special touch to the whole experience. The beer had a perfect balance of maltiness and hoppiness, leaving me craving for more with each sip. It was evident that great care and attention went into crafting this beverage.
The grand finale: the Mississippi mud cake. This dessert was a masterpiece. The moment it arrived at my table, I was captivated by its decadent appearance. As soon as I took my first bite, I was transported to dessert paradise. The cake was moist, rich, and oh-so-chocolatey. The gooey texture and the perfect level of sweetness made it a heavenly indulgence. It was the ideal ending to an already remarkable meal.
In fact, after experiencing this culinary extravaganza, I can't help but wish I could eat here for every meal of my life. It was a symphony of taste that I will cherish forever.
If you're seeking a restaurant that offers exceptional quality at a reasonable price, look no further. This place is a hidden gem that deserves all the accolades it can get. I urge you to treat yourself to the black and seared Ahi tuna, the in-house brewed amber ale, and the divine Mississippi mud cake. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. Prepare to have your taste buds taken on a journey of pure delight
They have quite the variety of beer options. They do beer flights of four that are reasonably priced. Some beer is more traditional, some more unique, such as the Second Breakfast maple and blackberry Dunkel. Some also can be sold as cans and/or growlers. They also have an extensive food menu that complements the beer. I had fun checking this place out.

Went out tonight looking for a place where we can eat outside in the rain without getting wet.
Food was pretty decent, the music was even better. They were playing some alt rock bangers. Had a hard time deciding if I should use my mouth for eating or to sing along.
Our waitress Lupe went out her way more than I would expect from anyone to make sure we had the best time. Excellent service overall.
