We came here for dinner after seeing such good reviews. The service and the servers here are kind and inviting, drinks were also fancily decorated and tasty (maybe a bit too much ice). However we were quite disappointed with the dishes here. First dish we ordered Tom Kha soup with tofu. We thought the tofu would be soft, boiled tofu. Instead it was fried tofu in the soup which I found to be pretty strange. Why put fried tofu in soup? Second dish we ordered was pad see ew with beef. This was probably the most disappointing dish considering the beef tasted almost like jerky. It wasn’t tender, it was very, very dry. It didn’t complement the dish at all. We asked one of the servers there about the beef because I thought it may have been expired with the way it tasted but she said that they cook it for over 18 hours? I was definitely surprised with the quality of that beef. I appreciated her input and apology however and taking it off our bill. Third we had the yellow curry. Maybe lacking coconut flavor or milk? Nothing to write home about. Overall the drinks, atmosphere, service were great but for Thai food the flavors were just not there. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

WOW, get the short rib, get the curry puff, get the salmon, and the basil stir fry. The flavors will not disappoint, it is fresh, sweet, sour, complex, and everything you want it to be. We will make this place both a tradition and a staple. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Salmon in Banana Leaves

We were seated inside, very nice, clean place with minimal decor. I liked the ambiance. Grey and yellow color combo. Food & drinks everything we ordered was just amazing. Tasted good, looked good. Finger licking yellow curry🤩 Service was pretty quick, and our waitress was very sweet. Nice experience on my birthday :) they even sang for me :) Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Found this hidden gem randomly because we were craving some Thai food! This is now on our list of favorite restaurants - the beef short rib was amazing and the dessert was the perfect size. Overall, loved everything and the staff are all attentive and really kind. We will be back Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
OH.MY.GOODNESS!!!!! Sooooo gooooood! Please go enjoy dinner at this outstanding new restaurant. Danville has lots of restaurants but this one is head and shoulders above any place we have dined at over the past year. We took our family of four, a teen and a tween in tow, and everyone was raving about how good everything was. At first my youngest wanted to order off the kids menu, that had a lot of appealing options for potentially wary kids, but he came around to eating what the grown ups were ordering and he was NOT disappointed. The best dish we ate was the Short Rib Khao Soi and he could not wait to tell everyone who stopped to check on us that he wanted his own plate of that and not a family style share. Ha! It is a must order, do not skip this dish, one of the most divine things I have tasted ever! The coconut crepe dessert was also a standout. We tried that and the mango crepe and while both delicious, we have a serious love of the coconut! We had a lot of dishes off the menu and they all tasted like you were in Thailand eating like you were in your Thai Grandmother's kitchen being spoiled absolutely rotten! The owners and their staff are just darling and we enjoyed meeting them and hearing their story. We wish them the best of luck with their restaurant and we look soooo forward to dining with them again soon! Come eat here! The short rib khao soi is worth the price and, I think, is good for 2 people. It's Thai food, so it is spicy, even things I thought wouldn't be, I'm not a fan of spice but the flavor is SO good, it was worth the heat. The coconut crepe cake is AMAZING! I would go to eat just that...everyday. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Had Zaya Thai for the first time for my birthday, enjoyed the lunch special then returned for dinner a few weeks later. It’s the best Thai food in the area! The restaurant itself is beautiful and the staff are so kind. It's clear how much consideration went into every detail of the space! Highly recommend, definitely worth a drive to Danville :) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Another visit but this time I went for lunch. We ordered chicken satay, Thai beef salad, roti and Thai tea. Food tastes good as always. My favorite is Thai beef salad. (highly recommended!) It’s so refreshing and the portion is bigger than expected. Thai tea is a bit sweeter than my liking. Once I let them know, the owner gave me extra milk to help make it less sweet. Happy with the service. Will definitely come back! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Recommended dishes Thai Beef Salad

Amazing food. The dishes are very creative and well balanced. Very attentive service. Beautiful surroundings. Every detail is well thought of. One of those rare places that a lot of love and has been invested in the restaurant. Can’t wait to go back.
