The food was fresh and the staff seemed to be working really hard. They were very fast & friendly. If I had one thing to critique it would be that they gave me a very small portion of coleslaw. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I came through on Tuesday night after a long hard day and my child's practice. I was the only person in line and was told to pull forward. I walked in, as to prevent missing items as I have in in the past and was treated SO rudely. The assistant manager threw my food at me and when I asked to speak to the store manager I was told "well that's what happens when you order $50 worth of food at 8pm". All that to say, the lady at the counter was super nice, however, I will take my business elsewhere. Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Service: 1

Me and my wife both had the grilled chicken salad. Thought it was really good. Just about as fresh as it could be. Plenty of food. The only complaint was that there wasn't enough salad dressing. The packs look big but didn't have much in them. Came with toast also. Really good meal. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Mobile order for pickup at 8:51 pm. Arrived at Zaxby’s at 8:55pm however dine in was closed already (early). Proceeded to the drive thru but behind a long line of cars. When it was my turn no one ever answered the speaker so I pulled up. At 9:17 I finally got to the pickup window and a selective mute starred at me while I explained I had a pickup. Instead of greeting in any way she shuts the window and retrieved my order from the lobby. Once I had it I thanked her to which she never responded and I drove off (24 mins later). Zaxby’s is listed as a fast food restaurant however it takes way to long to have the name “fast. No surprise the food was completely cold and the sandwich I ordered was placed in a to go container rather than the microwave sleeves these usually come in. All the food was correct but that’s the only compliment. I wish we were in a society that cares but I know that’s also not possible. A very delicious meal. The chicken was the perfect temperature and taste. The fries could use a bit more flavor, though. I he tea was great , but a little too sweet. The ranch sauce went well with the chicken, but I would not suggest it on the fries. The six finger meal was good and cost around 11 dollars. The service was fast. Overall, low 4 high 3.

The chicken Philly is the best entree in the history of Zaxby's. Promotional item or not, removing it from the menu is as bad as Chick-fil-A discontinuing the chicken, egg, and cheese on the everything bagel. Who is making these horrible menu choices? Drive thru is not checking orders, asked for a "4 finger plate, all fries, nuclear", which is seen in the receipt. What I got is 4 fingers plain, and fries, no sauce containers.
