I really enjoyed my meal. The worker was very kind. I loved the fries and Zaxby's sauce. Dining is open and the tables are very clean.

8:30pm. While going through the drive there my sister was the car in front of me when we got to the window there was a short freckled face girl talking bad about her for asking if they had traditional wings. last time we came there were out of the traditional wings. All i’m saying is she might want to be careful who she talks about and where she’s talking about it.

Good. But needs a little tweaking. Management takes care of the customer. They have REALLY improved. Worked out the kinks. The food is fast and fresh and good! I had a $40 order in the drive thru and they filled it in 4 minutes! I am so IMPRESSED! Eat it y'all, it's great!

This was our first time, but I really liked it. My husband didn't like a lot of the sauces they give you but that's your preference. Anyway, everyone was very friendly, the dining area was very clean and the staff was very efficient. I would definitely go again.

Tonight my husband went thru the drive-thru and ordered boneless chicken wings sweet and spicy and a grilled house salad with ranch. The boneless wings were covered in some type of buffalo sauce… not what he ordered. The salad contained a long blonde hair… entire salad went into trash. Tried to call the Petal, MS store to report this but no one answered the phone. Left a message but haven’t heard back from anyone. Zaxby’s used to be our favorite place to get a quick supper… not now. Do the employees not wear hair nets when they are preparing food?
