I will never visit this Zaxbys location again. The teenagers that are employed at this location cannot get an order correct to save their lives! I understand a mistake here or there, but lately it has happened every visit. Reading comprehension is not very strong with these employees. I went thru, ordered a salad and a big zak snak meal, but my order was missing the snak meal. So, I went back thru the drive thru to correct their mistake. ONLY to get home and find that my salad was missing the meat (chicken). I called and told management, management stated I would receive a free salad on my next visit. Next visit, I receive my free salad, get home, eat most of it ... And find a dead adult fly in my salad. Great... First time here, the food was fresh, and everything was correct. When we got to the window, the worker started handing me drinks, but none of them are labeled or buttons punched down. They weren't made by the person in the window, so she has no idea which is which. So we can taste test amongst family in our car which one is correct for each person. Something so easy to do, punch down diet or Dr. P, sounds pretty easy to me. The workers could care less at the location. Very tasty and high quality produce used in this franchise. I'd say is significantly more costly than other fast food chains, although it is worth it. Service is currently a little slow. Staff was asking virtually every drive through costumer to park and wait for the order to be delivered to the car. We waited for around 5 minutes which is not bad, but I was surprised to see so many cars having to wait. The chicken is juicy and delicious. It has a wide selection of meals. Totally recommended.

The food is ok here and the crew are all pretty nice. Management , not so much! I'd say that Gary is relatively rude and has no consideration to anyone!! I showed up three times to interview with an asst manager that was out sick. He didn't have the decency to even shoot a text to tell me . Then when I did finally get into the interview with her, I was told I'd be a great new team member . Ashley was not at fault here ! She as a matter of fact was also lied to ,in this whole process. I called , text and phoned Ashley again because Gary just wanted to avoid me ... to be ,then rudely , blown off by GARY! Instead of getting on the phone to be honest with me... he just kept stringing me along. For three weeks I wasted my time and energy on this position. Why!! Cause it was perfect hours, ok pay and I would have been a great asset to this restaurant! But some ppl are not worthy of my experience or time. :) Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Staff is trying to be too fast, senior people are stepping over slower people asked me questions about my order 3 times, by different people and they are trying to be chatty must be required to ask how are you doing, but they aren't waiting for a response. This slowed down the whole process, let the kids do the job they will get quicker as time goes on. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The level of service drastically deteriorates as the day progresses. If you go through the drive thru especially in the evening be aware they will most likely get your order wrong and be unapologetic about it. The food is what you'd expect from zaxby's but the service could be better. While in the drive thru I was overcharged for an item I did not order and simply wanted a correction/refund while I was waiting. While the employee who made the mistake apologized her coworkers laughed at her and the situation. She said she would correct my order. Then some individual pretty much forced me to choose between a cookie or some fries to make up the difference because they did not want to refund/correct my order at the window. Okay food and mediocre service make of it what you will. Service Take out
