The new general manager has really turned this place around! Food is always fresh and hot, service is amazing and the over all condition of the store has improved. I stopped eating zaxbys for a very long time due to the food quality and now I literally eat it everyday. I can't speak on any other zaxbys location but this one is definitely a go to location for me and my family. And this is the Bleu Grilled Chicken salad that I was served.... should be a ashamed!!! Every time I decide to never eat here again, I give them another chance and they prove my frustration over and over. It’s the “leaving items out of the bag, serving half presentable entrees, passing food through the drive through that they wouldn’t serve the CEO” for me! And again... note to self: Never again

Pathetic. This is what an $11 wings n things looks like here. Not only was this cold and almost nothing there....they forgot the celery and the toast. And they can't say it was an isolated incident, because when I took it back thru the drive thru, they served me.the same portions and one less wing because I ate a cold one. Rude staff also. Cut me off before I could tell them it was missing celery and toast. Never received my toast and celery....and when I called into the lobby the manager told me she personally remade The food and she assured me it was to her standards, and that she'd need the entire plate back for a refund. My wife and I ate lunch that day, it cost me $26.... Never again Zaxby's. Never again
