The food was good. We've been here often. The service ranges from great to mediocre depending on the employee serving you. Most are good. When you order a boneless wings meal a don’t get no sauce on your wings an hard wings at that it has been going down hill within the last year. Then to top it all off the person that takes your order starts laughing an tells you to hold on after nothing was said to much playing going on there to run a business I know it’s nice to cut up an have fun at work but there’s a time for it an it’s not while trying to take the customers order. Cashier, Precious C, was rude. Just stands and looks at you. No greeting. No "can I help you". No smile. When we started to order, she interrupted 3 times with the only words that came out of her mouth; name, dine in, and to repeat the order. There was no ice in the machines. We had to ask, she took the cup, walked away, returned and shoved the cup back, turned and walked off. No smile. No words. I watched her ignore several Mexican customers when they asked for ice. The same customers that another employee had to take their order. Then, the right side door. WD40 works wonders. It loudly squeaks to open and slams shut hard. It is annoyingly loud thru the whole dining room. Did not see, even one manager. Unless they wear the same uniform as regular employees. Not a happy customer. Tiffany Peterson customer service was outstanding! She was very sweet, pleasant & mannered when taking my order. She made sure my food was prepared hot and fresh the way I ordered it. The most friendly faces! The service is always top tier. Can’t beat the fries and wings. Or the biggest orange coke you can get! 10/10, Tiffany is also always so helpful and very attentive to all staff and customers. Best place for Chicken ANYTHING and service here is exceptional. The Cajun Chicken club is awesome and fries are addicting.
