I just ordered the loaded bacon ranch fries and I see my order come up and one of the associates opens the container and puts her hand in the food and pulls something out and throws it away. I didn’t even ask for a refund I just threw it away and left. How can this be okay. I have had issues with this associates before. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The crew needs some work . They act like the items they are serving come directly out of their pockets. When you up size they don't even give you extra fries. They just take a few away I swear . And don't ask for sauce on the side. They make it a point not too listen .FYI . No one wants their hot chicken tossed in cold sauce. Get it together young bucks. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
