Excellent place to go for private room karaoke in the East valley. They have multiple rooms available and the staff are excellent about giving you your space so you don't have to worry about a random person walking in while you're butchering Queen. The interface to pick songs isn't the most intuitive at first but it's easy enough to master. I wish the English catalog was larger but I've gone here twice in the last couple months with two different groups of people and it's not like we ever ran out of songs.

It could have been a better experience for a birthday. This business has potential to be super fun! some updating needs to happen for private rooms and the karaoke technology, the system is time consuming to work and was way more difficult then necessary to select and find music. The sound system was set to BLARING. It was so loud I had a migraine by the time I left. Service was SLOW like spongebobs 1 eternity later kind of slow. Granted this was a Sunday but you can still have a fun and active night on a Sunday and for a business built around having a fun time and hosting parties I was Beyond bummed to receive that kind of service. I’ll only turn 30 once and it was a let down. I only have certain days off a week and Sunday is one of them so 🤷🏻♀️ I guess that makes me the problem 🙄. Over all the space was clean and big enough and everyone had enough fun but we could have had an awesome night if the people working could have just put some more positive energy into showing paying guests a good night. It’s such a cool space and awesome business idea! I bet Friday and Saturdays are super fun. I just wish we didn’t go on the worst night of the week for this business.
