The food, the atmosphere, and the service at Yuzu are amazing. Josh, Connor, and Kass make every customer feel welcome. We enjoyed the smoked yellowtail & crisp tuna appetizers. Both were prepared well and tasted delicious. The sea bass tasted amazing and the sushi rolls were great! The handcrafted cocktails wrapped up the meal delightfully. We will return!

Hands down one of the best food experiences I’ve had in YEARS! Without question, the best scallops I’ve ever had. The Chilean sea bass was phenomenal, the spicy tuna tartare over crispy rice was the perfect starter, and the sushi was incredibly fresh and tasty!
Not only was the food a grand slam, but the drinks were strong (but balanced), the service was on point and the atmosphere was casual but classy. While we were there we received visits from management and other wait staff (aside from our own) to just chit chat and ask how we liked everything.
It’s definitely a pricier meal, but totally worth it. They fly their fish in daily and it shows in their final product! 100% will be back again!!

Wow! My experience here was nothing short of excellent! It's extremely difficult to put into words how amazingly captivating our meal was! The rolls we had the utmost pleasure of experiencing were by far THE best rolls we've ever had. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone truly seeking a phenomenal sushi experience! 5 stars because that's all I could give! Not to mention the impeccable service our very knowledgeable waiter Sebastian provided as he guided us on our first and certainly not our last visit here!

We found a true hidden gem of Japanese cuisine in Rockwall (of all places!). Our server Kassi was just perfect and we will definitely be back. All the fish was fresh, sashimi grade. The alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks were both very good. They had multiple courses to choose from (traditional Japanese style) and I think this is the closest I’ve been to a Nobu-esque sushi restaurant in awhile. We will certainly be back!! (Worth every penny , to spend just a little more than other “local” Asian restaurants)

Spicy Garlic Edamame
We dined at Yuzu last night, the ambiance was cozy and oh so pretty inside. The food definitely lived up to our expectations it was fresh and delicious. The menu showcased a variety of innovative dishes, blending bold flavors and beautiful presentation. Highly recommend Yuzu. We will be back soon!

One of the best dinners we've had since living in this area. Been here 2.5 yrs now and nothing has impressed us like this. Will be going back because there's so many things on the menu I want to eat. Love all the yuzu flavors and you can actually taste the yuzu in it. Please keep up the awesome food! Need to come back for the sea bass and try everything else. Cocktails- Sidecar was delicious with a nice yuzu kick. My sake was also enjoyable, I think it was summer snow? Oh they also have real wasabi!

The sushi was some of the highest quality sushi I have had in all of DFW. The cocktails were great. The menu has some of the best options, smoked yellowtail, spicy tuna on crispy rice, brussel sprouts, and some incredible sushi rolls. My wife and I will be making this a regular date night location.

Overall a good experience. There are a few dishes that stand out above all else.
Appetizers: the Brussel sprouts, the lettuce wraps, very tasty.
The sushi is fresh with a good variety for a group dinner.
The dessert, Belgium Chocolate ice cream is to die for.
The service is good, its still relatively new and on its way to becoming excellent.
Good beer, good food, great evironment, overall a good experience I can recommend here to others.

Miso Soup
Incredible quality sushi blows even the best spots in Dallas away. Nigiri Moriawase is a great choice to sample several amazing varieties of fish, shishitos and chicken karaage are great shared plates. Sebastian did a great job walking us through the menu. Atmosphere was great! The bar program was insane, old fashioned and side car were phenomenal.
