AMAZING food and atmosphere, perfect place for a date night. Yozora is a concept the area needed, and is a must visit. The music was a unique and perfect addition to the vibe of the restaurant. We loved “Gods Gift” and the “Crispy Toro”, and the gyoza with parm was out of this world! Mateo our server was attentive, friendly, and helpful at making selections. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 stars! Can’t wait to be back!

Stumbled on an article about this place and I have been looking forward to checking it out ever since. The food is great and the menu offers enough varieties on a theme to keep it interesting for many visits to come. It reminds me of tapas...but Japanese. The staff was on top of everything and knowledgeable about the food and drink offerings. Sake is not something I have a ton of experience with and the recommendations I received based on some of my other comparable alcohol experiences were spot on! The atmosphere is defined by their cool stereo setup, the record player, and their vinyl collection. Very cool bar, I'm glad it's near my part of town, and I'm looking forward to making my way back soon.

Overall great experience. We loved Gods Gift, Totro tartar, and the truffle hamachi. The Sea Bass was great as well. Only thing we didn't appreciate was the welcome app of octopus with wasabi. It had skin that was inedible and it was tough and hard to chew. The service could have been better and the music could have been louder.

It’s not for those looking for cheap sushi; it’s for those who crave creative Japanese-inspired bites made of high-quality ingredients. It's a great place for a small party to share small plates and yakitori with drinks. Highly recommended!

We were invited by another couple. My wife and I didn't think we would like Japanese food or sushi. WOW, WERE WE WRONG!
Great explanation of food items by our server, Victor, and everything we had was fabulous. We shared family style, had plenty to eat, and the bill was surprisingly reasonable. Ambiance was charming and comfortable, and 3 of us enjoyed the music, but my wife thought it was too loud.
Can't wait to return for more new delicious food experiences.
And in the same center across from Dominion as our 2 favorite restaurants, Aldo's and also Silo. We finally have great restaurants outside of 1604!

Everything you ever wanted in modern and old style Japanese cuisine. Make this a spot to treat yourself for special occasions. Don’t expect cheap food or bad food. Everything we ordered was top of the line. Will be coming back until I’m dead. Can’t sing my praises enough. If you enjoy food and want something amazing and different, come here.
