Early morning donut run. Got several types of donuts and was excited to see they had red velvet on the menu. I tried the red velvet and double chocolate cake donuts. I liked the chocolate donut but the red velvet was terrible. It had such a strange taste which I can only describe as some kind of chemically bacon (?) grease flavor. I had one bite and threw it away. I tried to call to speak to someone and ask what the heck they cook these in for it to get such a flavor but did not get through. My stomach is still feeling screwy from that. I would caution anyone from ordering that flavor. The rest of the donuts were fine, I just wish the red velvet donut hadn’t ruined the experience for me. Edit: I’m thankful they’ll look into what might have gone wrong with the red velvet. Hopefully they’ll be just as good as the rest from now on. :) Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

YoYo Donuts in Minnetonka is a fun shop to visit! This visit we selected half a dozen donuts to take home. (They also offer coffee beverages and ice cream.) There was plenty of dine-in seating and cute outdoor tables and chairs for warmer weather. Our donuts were fresh and tasted great! We will definitely be back! ❤️

I absolutely loved the vibe in this particular store! My daughter, 2.5 years old, and I went for the first time and she was obsessed with the variety of books and pretty flowers everywhere! All of the donuts we got were so yummy, but the store manager, Kinzzy, gave me a recommendation on a donut I should try and it ended up being my FAVORITE- maple glazed bacon donut. 🍩 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for great, quick, and respectful service! This place is hands down the best donut shop in Minnesota and could make a killing expanding in the metro as well as beyond. The icing on the donuts is what really sets them apart, and now they upped their game with aesthetically pleasing cozy cafe vibes. Cannot speak highly enough about this place, and love their new rewards program. I wish they had the ability to add more donuts throughout the day as they at times do sell out, but still a must go place.

Visited yo yo donuts after a very long time. They are under a new management, but great work on seating space. A lot better than the previous make shift eating area. They don’t usually have s’mores donuts in display, and it’s made by order. If you are like me and like the s’more donuts with graham crackers, highly recommend asking them even though you don’t see it in display. This place always hits the spot.

Super sweet donuts but so yummy! Line forms down the sidewalk so arrive early before they sell out for the day. Can't wait to try the pineapple icecream!
I've been here a couple times. The 1st time we had to leave because the line was too long. There were 3 people in front of us that took over 25 minutes. As someone in customer service with a history in bakeries and coffee shops this wait makes no sense to me. My 5 yearold refused to wait longer and I don't blame them. On my 2nd visit I asked for a double espresso but what I got looked like a quadruple. It was terrible. Bitter and watery . The donuts are fine. Old fashioned flavor combos like maple bacon, red velvet and cookies and cream. My table needed to be cleaned as it was sticky and the complaining and stressed out staff made the environment uncomfortable to be in. Not a enjoyable or comfortable cafe to eat in. Noisy. No smiles. Lots of cortisol in the air. The staff need to be trained on how to greet people, bus tables, make espresso drinks and be given instruction on an efficient work flow to get orders in, rang and served in a customer first manner. Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
Ordered ahead dozen mix and match donuts plus 2 vegan donuts to be picked up for my coworkers.. at pick up, my order was ‘lost in the system’ despite being paid for plus tip. Accidents happen! But how it was handled is disappointing. Was told “oh it’s not the right time” (it was) or “maybe it was wrong day” (it wasn’t) followed by not having any vegan donuts left, a then painful return process for the vegan donuts that I still not have received and being sent home with a very disappointing selection of mix and match. I’m usually not one to write a complaint but this was handled very unprofessionally and was not worth $37.92. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
