Great place with great food and service. Be sure you have a reservation before just showing up. Everything was excellent. I highly recommend the lover's roll. The drinks are delicious and well crafted, with basic options to some new twist. Jenna was our waitress, and she did an amazing job. She guided us through the menu, making helpful suggestions that were also delicious, all while being very cheerful and attentive. Last minute decision to eat here and was pleasantly surprised by their ability to accommodate our party of 10. The service was great and the food was excellent! Prices were reasonable and they were able to accommodate special requests for children.
Delicious food! We came for dinner on a Sunday night and it was busy! The poke bowl was delicious- make sure you confirm the poke bowl selection as I ordered the dinner portion but was given (and billed for) an appetizer portion. Overall atmosphere is great and we would come back! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
This is a great place to go for lunch or dinner! We stayed in the Westin right across the street and walked over around 5. As other reviews mention, it is very busy around dinner time! So be prepared to make a reservation in advance or walk in before 5. Staff were friendly and prompt (of course we were there before rush hour!) but even in the dinner rush they were still working efficiently. The udon was great and all the sushi plates were very fresh and colorful! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Hm... barely ate anything. Gomae (Japanese spinach) tasted like "cooked spinach" rather than blanched spinach salad. Not really that great to be honest. Haven't heard great reviews from friends either. However staff was really friendly and helpful. And their Japanese beverage selection is decent! Excellent food and service. Atmosphere was also very pleasant and modern. Their martinis are also amazing!! This place is worth the stop. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
For context, I've been eating at this place for over 10 years, but tonight the experience was bad. The waitress was rude but to her benefit 15 percent gratuity is automatically charged to the bill. The food was sub par and the dishes we have come to love as our go to's were unappealing. Meat was dry, seafood tasted undercooked and greasy, and our dishes lacked the flavor we would gladly spend $$$ on. As this was a weekday night, the restaurant was not super busy but unfortunately it has lost its charm. Will be trying Nova with hopes for a better experience Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Steamed Edamame Pods

Zero wait on a Tuesday at 1. Got a lovers roll and whoa it was phenomenal. It’s served with edible flowers.. no thanks to those. Wear a sweater if you go with wet hair because it gets slightly chilly. Our waitress was kind and attentive at first but when we were ready to leave she disappeared for 10 minutes at least. I’ve noticed this happens at many local restaurants in cayman. Maybe it’s an island thing

For context: my wife and I regularly eat sushi at a high end traditional family owned joint in Dallas. We are pretty picky about sushi preparation and the quality of the fish. Service: Jenna and Jardel are awesome. Atmosphere: we judged it and shouldn’t have! It looks like just a strip mall hole in the wall but it’s actually really fun and a nice little break from all things tropical. Food: you really can’t go wrong, but honest to God, the deep fried unagi roll is one of the best eel preparations we’ve ever had (photo below with the strawberries). The beef and crispy noodles is also super good. The bowls, etc. The Lovers roll was fun with the sprouts on top. Drinks: the Stress Free is a great early grey cocktail that isn’t sicky sweet and pairs great with everything. Fun Fact: Sunday brunch is all you can eat. The pace is slower but we had fun. Not sure it’s totally worth the deal but it attracts a lively crowd and you get to sample a lot! It was $145 USD for two of us plus one cocktail. The Westin across the street is a total rip off and we were delighted to have found this place. We were here 3 times in 3 days - it’s that good!
