It is one of the best boba tea I’ve ever tried in Bay area. I had mochi soy drink with 0% sugar. The mochi is super soft. I wish I could get more mochi. The mochi cream is light sweet and full of flavor. The milk tea has strong tea aroma without being bitter. The parking is a bit tricky since it is in downtown. I ordered online and came for pick up since parking is tough. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First time with family. So fresh and delish. Didn’t have Ube which was a disappointment but still tasty. We had taro tea milk shake, fresh strawberry milk shake, and a coconut latte hot. All great. Long line in a Sunday afternoon. Simple self service ordering. Took a long time but worth the wait. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The drinks here are absolutely amazing, and I couldn't get enough of the durian drink—it was love at first sip! Though a bit on the pricier side, it's definitely worth a try for the unique flavors. I also gave the mochi drink a shot on another day, and it was quite good too. However, I must say, having tried mochi elsewhere, the ones here at Yokee's didn't quite match up. Cafe de Mama in LA, for instance, had a better version. Yokee's mochi has a somewhat tricky taste that just didn't quite hit the mark for me. Nonetheless, the overall drink experience is a winner! My absolute FAVORITE place to get boba! They make beautifully curated and high quality tea drinks that aren't going to cost you $8 a drink (including the classic add-ons!). You honestly can't go wrong with any flavor you choose. In lieu of that sentiment, I tried the Puff Cream Milk Tea for the first time yesterday and it was SO GOOD. The cream is cake flavor so you get an earthy/sweet/dessert balance with the black tea and cream. I picked up a classic jasmine milk tea for my friend. I usually get a plant based milk and chose soy milk for both. I'm hoping to try their soy milk tea special next time. It seems like their currently out?? 😭 I think a lot of people mention the wait time but I think it's just for the rush hour window (lunch time) I went about an hour before they closed and it was very breezy of a wait! The taro boba tea was fantastic! They use real taro, and you can taste the difference. The actual store is very small, and there are two little tables right outside. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Egg Pudding

Yokee is good, not great. The taste is good, but I think that the balance between the bitterness of the tea and the sugar could be better. Maybe it's because I ordered a bitter tea, but I also got it 100% sweet. The lines are long at lunch time, but it goes quickly. A few small seating areas outside and inside, but mostly get it to go! Staff are darling sweet!

When they ask you how sweet you want your Thai tea then you know it’s going to be good. My daughter loved it. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Mochi
We come here for the boba drinks. Food we only tried once, chicken wings were tasty but a bit pricey for the portion. The boba drinks on the other hand are one of the best I tried in the Bay Area! The boba (tapioca bubbles) were served warm with your cold drink, I tell you it hits different! This drink, Half cold and half warm is the bomb! We typically get the brown sugar boba matcha volcano, it’s great and yes they do dairy free options! they have an ordering kiosk so you hardly interact with the staff/employees, until they give your paid order or if you opt to pay cash instead. Expect longer wait times if you order food too. No seating inside just a couple chairs outside very small boba spot, you wait outside for your order but I don’t mind it. It’s worth it! The cost of the drinks are decent imo. But yes I recommend this place for their boba drinks in the Oakland uptown area. Enjoy! Great bubble tea but in a sketchy location of town. Took one star away because they were advertising bubble tea flavors that were not in season anymore. Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Pretty solid bubble milk tea & only choice in the downtown area (5 minutes walk from 19th St Bart station). Shop is very small, no real seating, most just stand in front of the shop and wait for their orders. Prices are in line with other shops in Chinatown. Tea is average or better than most shops (fragrant, not watered down) & bubbles usually have the right chew, not too hard or soft. Has lots of non tea choices on the menu too including fruit smoothies. Friendly staff. Keep up the good work!
