We called at 6:40pm on Saturday when they were going to close at 7:00pm. I told them if i could do take out and I was 50 min away. The lady was so sweet to have let me know that I could start. We got there 7:44pm - and it’s a quaint place! The couple was very generous and packed our food nicely even gave us some bread after the realized we were going to eat in the car. The brisket was FANTASTIC and the drive was worth it. This piece is a gem and a must try if you like brisket. Juicy, moist, texture was magical and the right amount of fat. I am not exaggerating when I say the meat melt in my mouth. Thank you so much for servicing us last night 3/2/24! I ate couple of slices this morning for breakfast and it was still yumm!!!!! Completely amazing BBQ here at Yearby’s BBQ & Waterice! I made my own combo plate by ordering 1/4 lb. brisket, hot link, with small smokin’ mac n cheese, and small potato salad sides. Everything is full of flavour in all the right ways! I was asked if I wanted fatty, medium, or lean brisket; had to go fatty, just like me. Nothing disappoints. Delicious! Do check for open hours, and be certain to come one of the few days a week they are currently open (hopefully more in the future). Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Overall, I had a satisfying experience. While disappointed that the brisket was sold out, I opted for the hot link and brisket chili instead. Both dishes were enjoyable, with flavorful notes that left a positive impression. Although I missed out on the brisket, the alternative choices still made for a tasty meal. Price per person $10–20
