We had to drive 2 hours from Greenville to Charleston (speeding) to get ready for a show performance. I was the cameraman and they let me vlog in there. I ordered hot wings with extra mild sauce (they come already mild), large French fries and their lemonade. They offered a strawberry lemonade but ima come back again soon and try it. I was hungry from the drive so I was trying to stick to food that I knew I wasn’t trying to be experimental 😂 but their stag was friendly and the food was good. The wings was perfect!! Fries was perfect with some salt. Their lemonade was good also and they gave me a refill as well! Them folks has some good hospitality and it’s kid friendly even having a tv playing pixar movies. I will definitely be back! perfect place for a date or night out with friends and family. They also have a bunch of ice cream flavors and menu choices. They also clean the tables after eating there but me and my friends helped clean up. 10/10!! I always use to pass by the Old Trolley Rd location and wonder how they taste because they would always be packed. I was thinking about a burger today and normally my go to places are normally Culvers and Cookout, but my wife suggested that we try something new and wanted to try this place out. I'm glad we did. First, the customer service was pretty good. The lady taking our order was patient with us and very nice. They seem all that busy for a Friday evening which was perfectly fine for us. My wife ordered a Ham & Turkey chef salad, I order the Bacon double cheese burger, and got our child a corn dog and fries. Everything comes in huge portions and looks really good. My wife loved her salad and everything it came with. I'm somewhat of a cheeseburger lover and this one one of the better burgers I've had from a restaurant. For it to be as big as it was, it wasn't dry, it was well made, with the lettuce at the bottom to soak up the burger juices and the bun held up pretty good. The fries could have used some seasoning but I just helped it out myself. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed that burger. Our daughter loved the corndog. Would we come back? Yes. Would we recommend it? Aboslutely. I think these places are very much a nice break from your national chain restaurant and gives you the best you can get for your money with the crazy inflation of our economy. Anyway, I hope you're able to enjoy this place if you do decide to try them out. BTW, everything you see pictured cost around $39.00 Take care. We came in for ice cream but we ended up leaving with cheeseburger and french fries and ice cream. This place has your good old-fashioned diner cheeseburgers and crinkle cut fries. And their ice cream is unbelievable. I just don't know how they do it. With all their flavors and what they put into their ice cream is crazy. My favorite is actually coconut castaway. Some of them don't have it though I've seen that they all have different flavors. My next favorite is probably the monster cookie, brownie s'mores, amaretto cherry Believe it or not they have a banana pudding one with vanilla wafers in it oh my gosh. When I leave the area I will definitely miss the ye ole fashioned ice creams. Everyone was great but Michelle was really attentive and kind. She went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I need. Food was hot and my order was correct. Amazing!!! We had been here before for icecream & shakes which are the ABSOLUTE BEST!! Not too sweet, all natural & simply delicious! Today we tried the food and OMGGG!!! It was truly delicious, comfort food, tastes homemade, just AWESOME!!! The lady who took our order was so nice! We tried the vegan hot dog & impossible burger which was hands down the best we’ve ever tasted!! The fried Mac & mozzarella sticks were fried to perfection. The atmosphere is great, just like a good old fashioned diner but without the greasy food. So yummy! Will DEFINITELY be back!!!

You know I come to this place so often because I absolutely love the ice cream, but with all the issues I have, I’m gonna have to stop going. It’s hard to believe you pay almost $10 for a three dip cone, and everyone knows that ye ole fashion is known for the size of their cones. This was my 3 dip today. They do a military discount which is fantastic, but when I let the person know at the register, I was told you’re gonna have to wait for me to get a manager. And that is literally how it was said, and I let the young man know I wasn’t in a rush, and I had plenty of time. Please get it together! Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Wonderful place. Very nice- from customer service to atmosphere. The ice cream had several options to choose from as well as sherbet. Music was lively and exciting. We unfortunately did not try savory foods, but the menu had a wide variety with reasonable prices. Ice cream portions are massive but well worth the price!! Has a drive thru! Clean restrooms and dining area. Would return.
We figured we would try out the establishment while in town visiting. They were always busy every time we passed by. Well on Thursday 4/27/23 we went past and they weren’t busy so we decided to stop. Let’s just say best decision ever!! The food was delicious as well as the ice cream and shakes! Will definitely visit again when we are in town again. Oh and I thought it was awesome that they use bags made from sugar cane as well.

I would give it a perfect rating but the cashier who took my order literally ask me to repeat my order 2 times because she was in a different world. After waiting for roughly 10 mins she came back and ask me again if I wanted everything on my burger; I told her 2x when I placed the order. The workers there seemed miserable when folks came through the drive through; I notice when the ticket came up from drive through one of the workers looked at the ticket didn’t seem too happy. Food is good but folks there seem depressed and just sad!
We stopped here for an ice cream treat on a hot summer day...good decision! The ice cream was delicious, with plenty of flavors and options. We didn't know they also served burgers, fries, and salads...all of which looked so tasty. Lots of patrons were there for a meal, not just ice cream, so we'll have to lunch or dinner next time. We loved the 50s diner decor and vibe, too.
