I love YC’s and come to this location frequently. I love bringing friends and family in with me and brought my elderly friend this time. The Manager Ben kindly helped my friend with her sauce by asking her what flavors she likes. As we were eating, Ben checked on us and brought us boxes which are 50 cents. Such a great and positive atmosphere to be in when you’re eating with friends and family. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Julissa soon as I walked in, very happy to greet me very nice made me feel very welcome. In the moment she help me with the sauces, very talkative, very outgoing and then to top it off the manager Ben walked over and greeted me and my kids checked on us to see how we were doing very pleasant first time first impression was very great. Prices were very reasonable would recommend any other family if you guys want something light on your stomach this is the best place to go try it out. It’s a good fit for lunch or anything and you could take the food with you that’s it. So my last experience to this kind of place was in California and was much better than this one unfortunately. The all you can eat is a good deal, but it gets busy and you're waiting in line for a good while just build your bowl and then wait for it to get cooked. There are so many choices of sauces and they labeled them GF and spicy with some staff close by for questions on any of it. The problem is that the setup of their station and sauce choices are so packed in that the labels can be misunderstood so you may be reading a label thinking the placement you're reaching from is correct but mine was not so after waiting 20-25 minutes uses to get inside, build my bowl, get it cooked, and actually sit down, I took one bite and it lit me up my mouth was on fire. I couldn't eat it, has to tell them, go get back in line, and then make another bowl, wait, and sat back down with my husband almost done eating. Even correcting my bowl the second time, I chose noodles with fish, veggies, some soy-ginger sweet house sauce, it really wasn't that good. The noodles were very dense, the fish didn't taste good at all, and had the worst headache after eating that food. My husband wasn't a fan of it but we can see why people like it. It's a ton of food for $20 a person if you love Mongolian grills and it's cooked right there in front of you. Restaurant was packed, very loud, bathroom was a mess, I'm glad we went for the experience but I don't plan on going back.
