Extremely disappointing. I’ve given this place so many tries because the cake is good. I always recommend it to family&friends but after today I’m done. First time a saw an issue there was a roach in their tamales, 2nd time I ordered a cake 2 days before I needed it in person & when we went to pick up “we don’t have that order”. If I didn’t have the receipt for proof of purchase they probably would’ve made me pay all over again. Now this time we ordered over the phone and asked for a strawberry cake. I went to pick up and it was white. They said I needed to be specific and should’ve said “strawberry passion”. Why is it an assumption I know all the cake names, I asked for strawberry cake and they automatically said “ strawberry chantilly” so my assumption is they know but apparently not it’s my fault. I’m done giving chances, this was the 3rd issues. Also why does the entrance smell foul it needs to be corrected as well.
I love the fact that this bakery has people's top bday cake choices available to buy at any day you like. As for me, it is not about how it looks, but on how it tastes. This cake was so delicious 🎂. Tamales and sweet bread are always the best things to buy here as well. Always freshly made for the public. Highly recommend this backery.
I bought my first cake (Banana Split) from Ybarra's Today and it's the Best!
So fresh, moist, and delicious. Multiple layers and it tastes just like a Banana Split. 10/10
I went this morning to order a cake and when I went to the counter, the lady dismissed me and helped another person! I will never order or buy anything from there again and will be posting it on facebook on the bad customer service I had!

I was and still am very impressed with the cake they did for Mr on a last minute request. It was a very unique novelty cake, and I sent them a picture of it, and when my husband went to go pick it up omg! It was perfect and exactly what I wanted. I'm very happy customer and it was delicious 😋
