The food is always lights out. My family and I eat here regularly and they never disappoint. The takeout is even more impressive, as it's always delivered in a timely fashion, food is still warm, and even when reheated it's still delicious.
I'm that guy who doesn't eat Thanksgiving food and ordered hibachi for dinner. They delivered with a smile and the food, yet again, was delicious. I'll gladly pay $40+ a meal for their hibachi combos when it's that good.

My family and I enjoy going to hibachi style restaurant, we have been to more than a few. This was by far the worst restaurant experience we have had in a long time. The grill was dirty when we sat down, they did not clean it until the cook came to cook our meal 1 hour and 45 after we were seated. The seafood was definitely not fresh, the steak was tasteless and tough, the vegetables virtually uncooked. When we spoke with the manager she was surly and unapologetic. I have no idea how they have the rating they do and how this place stays in business. Save your money for someplace you'll enjoy.

Long time patron of Yama Fuji in Medway and we keep going back because every visit is a wonderful experience. The hibachi is a great show coupled with perfect food. We have tried everything and it is all top notch!

We ate with a party of 10 people on the sushi side of the restaurant for lunch. Service was excellent and the variety of Japanese dishes was both impressive as well as consistently good. We were able to sit for three hours without feeling rushed at all.

Service is starting to lack. Waitresses try to take your plates before you finish. 5 of us were stuffed into one table with another family of 6, made for an uncomfortable meal.
We got a different order of sushi than we had asked for, but still ate it. We ordered two take out meals and only received one (didn't know until we got home). Was disappointed this time around.

My family loves coming here. We go to a few sushi places around this area, but think theirs tastes best. We had hibachi as well, and it's really good. I wish they could add some local IPA to the menu. Service is good. Everyone is nice. Definitely recommend it!

I have never been to a hibachi place before. I am glad I went here first its a friendly attitude. And the staff is friendly also. I enjoyed everything from the atmosphere to the food which even though i never been to a hibachi place before the price in my opinion is decent for the amount of food you get. I plan on going here again

We really enjoy the food at Yama Fugi, but we unfortunately ordered take out tonight and our order was supposed to be ready at 550. We arrived at 600, waited for our order with several check ins with the staff, and did not get our food until 645. We could have eaten at the restaurant and got our food faster. No explanation or apology.
Second time I've been there was even better than the first! We had a birthday dinner and everything about it was excellent :) The staff was very accommodating to our surprise plans & helped make it fun for everyone
