The view and the mountains were absolutely gorgeous, would love to visit again for sunrise since it’s directly facing east!
Food was amazing as well!!! Completely vegan but tasty, the spaghetti, the risotto, the dessert, and the coffee are all worth a try!!! Would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The name of the place was translated from sun, moon, star. It is such a lovely place. You can see they whole XinShe community. Their coffee is self roasted, locally grown. All their food is vegetarian.

隨意來到的咖啡☕️店、一進去就覺得氣場很好～ 景色舒服！
看了手沖咖啡的介紹，每杯都想喝、店員及老闆都超好，還多沖咖啡給我們喝💜
這次喝了太陽🌞系列與星🌟系列～
菜單上有健康營養的蔬食、書架上有好多智慧書，隨機拿了2本，真的太過癮了！

山沐斯達餐廳是位於台中新社的一家蔬食餐廳，以健康、美味的蔬食料理而聞名。餐廳位於山區，環境清幽，餐廳內以大型窗戶打造半透明空間，可以邊享用美食邊欣賞寬闊的山景。
餐廳的夏季餐點，以燉飯和義大利麵為主餐包括套餐、火鍋（冬季限定）、小菜等。套餐的份量對於男士稍嫌不足，但食材新鮮，味道鮮美。
餐廳的服務態度親切，價格稍貴。整體來說，我覺得是一家可以推薦的蔬食餐廳。

松露義大利麵 好吃，滿滿的牛奶味，不油膩。
薑黃炒飯 香氣十足，粒粒分明，蔬菜新鮮好吃。
尤其是飲料甜點生巧克力好吃。
一定要喝金佶檸檬。
當月壽星店家招待好吃的小蛋糕及附上生日蠟燭哦。誠意滿滿，謝謝老闆招待好喝手工咖啡。

第一次吃蔬食餐廳^^ 原來沒有肉也可以很好吃，每樣東西都吃得出來原汁原味，廚師🧑🍳很厲害把蔬食的調味口感與層次發揮到極致，感受很棒。從前菜、飲料、主餐到甜點，每道都可以感受到主廚🧑🍳的用心與創意在製做的料理
老闆與服務人員都非常親切，還特地招待我們自己栽種的咖啡！
這次被安排坐在戶外，感覺很棒
下次還是會來品嚐山林間的美味蔬食

餐點好吃，今天點了薑黃炒飯和松露奶油塔香義大利麵，義大利麵吃起來不膩，很清爽，炒飯很香，搭配上天然的蔬菜和水果，超好吃。甜點生巧克力味道很濃，不苦，好吃。加上一杯老闆自己種得咖啡豆泡的咖啡，好喝。當日壽星還有一份小蛋糕，感受出老闆的用心，用餐環境也很棒，第一次在群山環繞的地方用餐，很舒服和特別的經驗。

這麼美麗的風景，服務態度100分的餐廳
很捨不得評價分享
但是 餐廳的用心，需要消費者無私的分享食用心得
真心推薦這間餐廳，感謝神明要我吃早齋
才會有機會遇到好吃的素食蔬食餐廳。
