The food in this food truck is AMAZING! I’d definitely go back when I go to Puerto Rico. The fusion between latino food and japanese. It’s out of this world!

Took my spouse out for a special outing!
32 oz bubble caramel iced tea was tasty ,we order beef steak and rice with crab ragoon the order to 15- 20 mins every bite was worth the wait best 50 dollars spent!

First time eating at Xatay, I ordered the Xatay roll it was super delicious and the Bichiyal roll found the name to be hilarious, it was good but it wasn't my favorite.
