I’ve been to all the Rib & Chop locations in Wyoming, the food is always great as is the ambiance. The Sheridan location is no exception. The baseball cut top sirloin is exceptional. I did run into some lousy service from the bar tender, but that’s unusual. Staff was fantastic, service was great. The long island ice tea (2) were mix correctly. The full rack of ribs was very tasty and came out quickly .However the sides were served lukewarm at best. Baked potato couldn't melt butter. This was the only time I would be here. Went to other restaurants instead while in Sheridan. Enjoy them much better. Great food, nice drinks and beer choices, great service, we tried the stuffed fried green tomatoes, ribs and chicken Marsalis, enough reason to go back, along with the comfortable atmosphere and fair prices. Exceeded my expectations for a chain restaurant, even though the tag line includes "cajun". If you're a follower, you'll know that I'm extremely skeptical of using that nomenclature away from my native home. I chose ribs, fried green tomatoes and a loaded potato. These guys nailed the fried green tomatoes perfectly! I've never had a teriyaki sauce over fgt, but wow, simply incredible. The ribs, were overcooked and dry, tasty, yes, but borderline burned. I won't comment on the potato, because it's a potato lol. The waitstaff was amazing and ambience was great. Not sure I'll be back, but stop by and try this location. If I could give 6 stars, Kiara and Danielle would definitely deserve it. Our anniversary dinner 3 days ago was destroyed by bad service, and this was our second try. They knocked it out of the park. That's just the exceptional service they provided. The food was just as exceptional. The fried tomatoes were something different, and did not disappoint. Who thought fried green tomatoes would go well with Bleu cheese and crab? It was phenomenal. Then comes the steak. 36 ounces of perfectly cooked ribeye, sizzling at our table. Top it off with a complimentary ice cream cake and this is what a perfect 25th anniversary dinner should be. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
After a great day in town Wyoming’s Rib and Chop House was recommended for dinner. The four of us were seated right away and Angela, our waitress, was super nice, attentive, and knowledgeable. We had the Gumbo, Western burger, cedar plank salmon (with lemon) and ribs. Everything was cooked to perfection, except the garlic mashed potatoes which our waitress quickly took care of. The gumbo soup was spicy but we like it that way. For dessert we had Apple Cobbler and Pecan Melt Away. Wow! It’s a good thing we were sharing desserts. They were huge and of course delicious! It was a little pricey and we did not realize this was a chain restaurant but we would definitely return. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

We went in a group of 12 on July 5 with a reservation at 12:30. The server started out by telling us they were short staffed. He then repeated it when more people came to the table. There was a paper table cover and he gave us a crayon to write numbers one through twelve at each of our places so they could keep track of who ordered what. But then when the drinks and food came out it was the regular auction style you get sometimes. The numbers didn't really work. The food came out in stages and not all together. They missed one meal and brought a pulled pork sandwich instead of a steak sandwich which we know we ordered because he even asked what temperature to cook it. Then another order was supposed to be without bacon and it came with bacon. It took a long time for the server to come back and check on us. The meals were corrected. Once they were correct, the food was very good. The server was knowledgeable about the menu and gave us an extensive listing of desserts at the end of the meal. He was very friendly but I would recommend not telling tables about your restaurant being understaffed. It's important when busy to still take your time and focus on quality. I'd rather wait an extra 5 minutes while you put the order in correctly than receive something that isn't what I ordered. I would go back regardless because I could tell the server was doing his best in a stressful situation and the food was pretty good. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

This Rib & Chop house on the corner is worth stopping in for! It's so good there was a 30 minute wait on a Wednesday, and worth it! Clean restrooms and great music playing. A bar with football games on is a nice touch. Paper on the tables, so anyone can be entertained by drawing while ordering/waiting for food. The staff is very nice, major props to Quinton aka "Q" (🍎) for waiting on 3 ladies that were hungry! The steaks melt in your mouth, succulent, tender, seasoned just right, and juicy even when ordering medium/medium well. No Thousand Island dressing, but Ranch worked with the dinner salad. The baked potatoes were soft and cooked to perfection with all the fixings. The Brownie sundae is HUGE and can feed 2-3 people for $7.95. Raspberry cheesecake is sublime for $7.95 also. They honor their Veteran's with a 25% discount and has a table with drinks reserved in memory of the 13 fallen heroes! ♥️🤍💙🇺🇲 Please stop in if you're in the area, you won't regret it! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30
Great service, fun server trainer and trainee. Excellent pork chops and a deliciously massive prime rib for two. The salads were very fresh. The atmosphere was relaxed. Enjoyable dinner Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50
