Disappointed customer: I've been going to the Encore Boston for 3 years and have gotten a free complimentary room each month for my 10+ hours of gambling each time I'm there. Plus I bet on Wynnbet who's promotions have gone down so low that every legal Massachusetts Sportsbook beats them out on promotions. I will not be returning to betting with Wynnbet/Encore Boston due to their lack of customer loyalty and promotions. I recommend MGM for better promotions and customers loyalty promotions. They put Wynnbet/Encore Boston to shame in customer loyalty promotions and rewards. Bye bye Wynnbet/Encore Boston and hello MGM, Draftings, and FanDuel. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I can't take a sportsbook seriously when they are airing LAST YEAR'S Wimbledon over actual live MLB games that, you know, people may have interest in. Shake Shack was fine and all, but there's a reason too why this is also the worst of the online sportsbooks in MA. Atmosphere: 1

WynnBET is by far the worst sports book in the entire country . They will keep your money hostage if you keep winning. I have provided all the documents they requested still no response . Horrible customer service that just tells you to keep waiting buts how long does it take to review a few pictures I mean come on . Avoid this Sportsbook ! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
