Usually well stocked , variety has been lowered now with more RCL brands occupying space. When you get the timing right you can find some tasty deals but not as well stocked as before.

I have never been so disgusted in this factory shop like I was today! The website says they open at 8 get there at 7:45. waited till 8 got to the gate it says 9am. Stood waiting in the hot sun for an hour then still had to wait after 9 because they would not let us in untill the staff members bought first... Get inside eventually and the store was pretty much empty all the bread was stale and some had green mould on too!!!

The reason I drive all the way there is because of value for money.kitchen stuff will say something is finished but stuff queue and take all for themselves,that's not an issue,but when there is leftover and they refuse to give us,I didn't get that,they wait for things to be expired,only then they want to give the public,that damaged sponge cake is always enough for both stuff and customer and the shelves are empty,when you find something it's a day to expire.i suggest they put notices to say "sponge cake only for stuff" or no more croissants or scones

Not worth the drive there
Staff are given first preference on items and customers are treated so badly
It's like staff are more important than the customers
Management need to fix this at this establishment
Shelves were not packed but they opened the shop
Staff had items that were not even on the shelves how is this possible
There is a special que for Staff which where longer than the actual que and the Staff there was rude to the customers like they were doing us a favor

You cannot get anything from this place unless you pay tjotjo.
You must pay these guys R50 to get these cake packs. Then they take your stuff out of the back.
Everything you want, you must pay the staff that runs the shop otherwise you will get nothing..
Pls why dont we get someone who is trained in management to monitor that shop and run it like thirstle bakery.

The place must be going into bankruptcy. There is barely anything on the shelves....see no point ingoing there anymore. If you want a good bakery factory shop, always well stocked with a good variety, just around the corner is Thistle Bakery. You won't be sorry!
TODAY WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. STAFF SHOULD BE FIRED. PUSHED CUSTOMERS PHYSICALLY OUT OF THE WAY BECAUSE THEY ARE STAFF AND THEY HAVE A RIGHT TO PAY FIRST AND PUSH INFRONT OF EVERYONE. WE CALLED SECURITY AFTER A BIG SHOUT OUT WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER, THEN WE ASKED FOR MANAGEMENT. WE JUST GOT 🙁
