The first resto in Malaysia where I experienced the need to wait 30 minutes before ordering due to the Prayer break. But the 30 minutes of waiting was well worth it. The food still comes out in decent time after ordering.
We ordered 2 smoked beef burgers, since the chicken was sold out. Curly fries, chicken pop and A&W float. All the burgers were damn delicious, curly fries also spot on.
The burger prices are all > 20++ RM, but given the quality of food that we received it is reasonably priced. I will definitely return again!

Gourmet Burger
1st time been here at Putra Height outlet. Order Gourmet Burger chicken, Cheesesteak, curly fries and chocolate shake. The burger and fries nicely cooked and hot yummy. And the drinks nicely blend and rich with chocolate teast. The cheesesteak served in cold condition and the meat are chewie hard to eat. Have room to improve in food preparation. The shop in good condition clean and tidy. The toilet and washing basin clean. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Gourmet Burger
Finally got around to grab a bite at Woodfire. We went to this branch during off-peak hour (3pm on Friday) so speed was not an issue. Plus, it’s a gourmet-ish dish. If you want something faster, go grab your thrash burger at McD or something.
We ordered Double Patty (beef), Brisket Burger (beef), and Cheese Steak.
Both burgers were super tasty, especially the patties. The buns could be improve.
The Cheese Steak, however, didn’t work for us. The cheese (probably from the premix) was too thick and overpowering the steak. Not good.
The ambience was great, anyway. The outlet has kind staffers too. All smile.

Brisket Burger
As a first-timer, I asked the person in charge for a suggestion, and they recommended the Brisket Burger.
The Brisket Burger; Delicious but available only with beef patty. It comes at a high price of RM40 for the burger alone, without water, fries, or any additional sides.
Waiting time is approximately 10 minutes.
If I may make a suggestion, providing larger plates or containers for dine-in could enhance the overall experience.

Won’t recommend anyone to come here!
I have never been to a burger joint that serves COLD burgers. My partner and I had ordered the Beef Gourmet Burger, Beef Smoked Burger & Curly Fries.
Shortly after paying for the meals at the counter in which we BARELY sat, the food we ordered came roughly about 2-mins. That being said, i appreciate that it’s a “fast” service but at what cost? The food that we got was COLD. The taste was there but, COLD.
I’d rather go to McDonalds to get my burgers — at least they wouldn’t have served me COLD burgers. Definitely a better experience at McD’s than this.
Given that there was barely anyone at the restaurant, I didn’t expect to get this as the burgers was quite pricey to be honest.
I would never come again as this place has tormented my burger experience. What a shame!

Anyway ive had woodfire in TTDI and JB before, but just wanna compliment the service here is pretty good! And ur staffs are friendly and cute!
I had smoked beef burger, curly fries and butter soda. As usual the beef is great, high quality, and the rest are amazing as usual. The coffee that we had butterscotch was also good.

1st time trying the cheesesteaks burger and it was nice.
However i don’t fancy the sauce which is a little over. They could pair it down as a real Philly cheesesteaks doesn’t come with too much sauce.
Definitely will buy this again - with lesser sauce 😉

Brisket Beef Burger
Had a double patty. Taste-wise - superb. Loved the patty. But the bread, though. Have you ever eaten that Ramly street burger, oversauced, soggy? Yeah, like that.
And please add more veggies to it.
Maybe different branches have a different way of food preparation; will try the others next time.

visited this branch around 6:30pm today and ordered takeaway. I didn’t eat it until 30 mins later bc I was driving home. For being called gourmet, the burger is very mid :( from the picture u can see the bottom bun is very thin(?) but the top bun is thickkk so my burger got very soggy. fries are quite oily and overall I would not eat here again. I was hoping to like it after hearing good reviews.
