Now I’m usually not one to complain but after wanting a good soup today because I woke up sick, I didn’t think my soup would’ve came with a side of Eggshell in it. Overall the meal was good and the delivery time via fooddrop was pretty quick, however…… an eggshell? 🥲 Service Delivery Meal type Lunch Food: 2 Service: 5

I’m sorry but I’m really big on this stuff they call good customer service…no wait insist on proper customer service. That’s right! So I’ve been a couple of places, but so what that doesn’t matter…the point is it irks me the most to tolerate a bad attitude at a food place! Rite? I mean at a hardware or grocery store hek yea you cud give back sum tude, cos you cud return the bricks or eggs if dey got cracked mysteriously right after delivery but how you going and find time to post a bad review when you get a good dose Ah food poisoning from your not soo favorable local restaurant eh???!!!lol Well this Wok n Roll deserve a good quality assurance manager because no patron or customer should despite what have to suffer the discomfort of the uncertainty between whether their food was spat in or poisoned by the staff who publicly slinging stones at said patrons…If you get what I mean! I mean the food quality is another thing but we will just be generous and give wok n Roll a 2 star rating and pray every body keeps their jobs!…still tho…@upper management hint customer service training needed along with some lifestyle management courses needed for employees 😉 thank me later 😌 Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

I am only awarding 1 star because I Have too. 1) We got no condiments or plastic utensils. 2)Soup was big on wantons but lacking taste. 3) The fried wantons tasted raw and like old oil. 4) Noodles were dry and tasteless. 5) Most of the meals were like eating a box of grease. 6)Overall the food was horrible and we won't be purchasing again.

Love their dishes. Wide range to choose from before or after the beach. Prices are moderate with great tasting food.
I am a regular customer at the Grand Bazaar branch and have been satisfied with the quality of the food thus far. However today I bought meals for my entire family of 4 and we all were not as happy as we normally are. The portions were smaller than usual and with my meal, a shrimp and rice combo it was sadly lacking in the shrimp. I sincerely hope that it is a one-off because your over-all quality ( and quantity) has been the reasons why I come to you.
The worse food I've ever bought. Noodles were stale and had no taste. They just browned it. Same with the chicken. Dry and boiled. No taste. Also got me sick for 2 days. Do not recommend.

Their Thai specials are not bad with noodles and veg. Everything else can be had at any other Chinese takeout place for less $$$ and bigger portions. Meal type Lunch
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY$$ Worst Chinese I ever had ...I ordered chicken noodles and rice, food was stone cold, tasteless and had burnt smell to it. 100% disgusting threw away most of it. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch
You all need to do something about these disgusting comments. I am at the Highland Plaza Branch (my bill time is 1:35pm). I just spent more than $350 and the cashier's attitude is so poor. You have so many negative comments so it means you don-'t care as the owner. I will not be back comments.

Has always been consistent over the years. May look like it's pricey Chinese food but it isn't. The only Chinese food restaurant that gives you proper fresh vegetables, fresh meats and a consistent good taste. A chunky veg has many types of vegetables, other restaurants just have like three types. Totally worth it.
