In all honesty, if it weren't for Ralph (and the newest girl to be working there afternoons/evenings, I'm terrible with names), I'd be rating a 1. There's a reason everyone I know, and then some, call the store Ralph's instead of its real name. There's been quite a few times I've continued on a couple more blocks down the road to the next convenience store if I knew or suspected either of them weren't working. Service from other (or at least other employees from 2 months ago) can be that bad. Got to the point I'd walk in, see who was working, and nope my way right back out of there.
3 friendly employees here who are awesome people. I'd be rating 5 stars as I used to visit here every day but their main graveyard employee is a loaded gun. I thought he was cool and a great guy but due to a few... personal issues, he can snap at any moment and get physical with customers and has multiple times in the past. When he's working, just be cautious with what you say or joke about because he'll go 0-200 in an instant and start throwing items around the store and breaking things.
The guy who works the early morning weekdays charged me twice for a pack of cigarettes. The first charge he added $4, then proceeded to charge me $9 more dollars. Saying the transaction did not go through. When I looked at him he got super defensive and said "I'm not ripping you off man." That was strange, so I called my card to hear last 5 transactions.
I get off work at 4:30am and all I used the card for that day (June 29th) was that pack of cigarettes. I had 2 transactions for the 29th. The most recent was $9, and mysteriously on that same date a $13 transaction. When I confronted him he gave me my $ back instantly, told me to take him to court, and called me a snitch. Then he ran out to my car and told me he doesn't rip people off, that I was ripping him off.
I can't wait to hear what the owner has to say about this
