I waited 1 hour and 40 min in the restaurant for my food. I had a simple order of tenders and fries. The people at the restaurant were very rude and hostile. Never will I be back to wait an hour and 40 min for fast food. Don’t go here. If you do dare go here, order ahead and be patient. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

First time at Wing Stop! I checked the reviews before going to this location and wasn't sure if I would enjoy it because of the negative feedback, but it was perfect!!!! You can't go off of the reviews all the time. The best thing you can do is try it for yourself. I went when it wasn't busy on a Wednesday after lunch, and it was really yummy. Food was great and everything correct. But soda machine broken , no ice , location very dirty and frontline employee were told and didnt care if anything was corrected. Not worth going .. This place has a lot of poor reviews so was a little skeptical but went forward with ordering anyways. I ordered a 100 piece to feed our staff to be delivered at 1130. Not only did the food show up a little early, it was still hot and fresh. Our order was perfectly accurate to the last wing. They used lots of rub and sauce and weren't stingy on it at all. I can't speak to the location or antics that typically take place in the area, but the delivery was perfect. The garlic parmesan and lemon pepper were our favorites. I was so excited to try this restaurant. The TV was so loud I could hardly hear the lady taking our order. We waited about 45 minutes for one single order & to find out they didn’t have any eating utensils. No forks, napkins, lids for the drinks… the chicken was very disappointing. Soggy.. I felt sick 20 minutes after we left and normally I wouldn’t make reviews but I just had to for this one. They had everyone eating with their fingers… do not recommend this wing stop. The music was cranked, my son (11) and I drove from over 13 miles away to have our order taken by a low talker. My son said “traditional” only to have the woman ask “with bones.” The WORST part….. We waited, no worries, to only be told that we had to leave. All of us patrons. Everyone! My son had all of his food and sauces laid out on the table and was so excited. Only to be told we had to leave. It was 11:48 in the morning. No explanation. We’ll never be back. Food ain’t ready on time nor is it accurate. You ask for seasoned fries and they dump the whole bottle…what happened to a lil sprinkle? Drink machine barely work, can’t even get water staff always mad at you for an unknown reason- 6/10 on a good day do not recommend

I decided to go in a place my order because online is usually a bad experience my orders, also because I don’t mind the wait but I let them know that the last 2-3 times I’ve been to this location I’ve had undercooked soggy fries and wings. This time I asked for extra extra well done and they are still soggy and shriveled up. I’ve been going to this location since they opened and haven’t had a problem until the last 3 times I’ve ordered it. I work in a restaurant and I wouldn’t sell this if I wouldn’t eat it. I ordered a 6 piece boneless combo via online order, I paid about $12.50 for the meal including tax and got chicken bites. They were about the size of grapes/large blue berries. These things put together were about 2-3 actual boneless wings. The website had no indication as to this “new” size boneless wing nor did the store/employees let anyone know this was their new portion for the boneless wings. I complained online and they offered me a gift card. I’m good on Wingstop, this is the fastest decline in product I’ve ever seen from a restaurant. Yuck! Never again.
