Have eaten at this location twice and was ok. Never great like the one in Santa Maria but I understand that they were just opening so I gave them some time. Just went back and now they only take online orders and when I inquired about it inside no one spoke English. Had to go eat somewhere else. Sad because I was excited about having a location near me.

I place a Order today at 8am to be delivered at 330 at 315pm they cancelled my order I asked why and they said because to many orders came in but I placed my order before people and there getting there order Everytime I deal with this place it has be a bad experience

As messed up as this sounds and trust me I know, however why would you put someone at the front counter that doesn't speak a freaking lick of English expect her to take your order and actually get it accurately. It was so ridiculous it took 20 minutes to order the food because she didn't understand what we wanted. I couldn't even communicate with her that I had allergies or ask her what was in it I ended up not getting anything while my husband and daughter ordered for them and she still managed to mess up the order and over charge us. At that point my husband was so fed up he just said whatever I'm done ordering. Obviously if I was uncomfortable and I couldn't communicate she probably felt worse. You really did a spot on job hiring people. Shame on you for the humiliation

I went in and spent around $180 in wing and then i found out if i wanted ranch i had to pay $1.50 for a small ranch or $4.50 for a large that’s ridiculous after already spending that amount. Will never eat there again just go to buffalo wild wing they don’t charge for ranch or blue cheese.
