Horrible. Sucks this is really the only one in the area without driving to 59. The service the past 3 visit has been HORRIBLE. The customer service and the accuracy of the order and the wait time. I made my order online. And they only delivered half of it through the delivery service. And then I had to go pick up the other half unreal. When I called the store. They said that they don't do delivery from the store that it's a delivery service that whenever you place your order picks it app and that I had to drive all the way Uber in traffic to Pick It app, because they weren't gonna deliver it to me. I will never, ever order anything from this. Establishment again. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just got my order. Called in at 5:37pm and was told 25-30 minutes. It was not ready upon arriving. They said that the ticket got lost. Waited inside for 10 minutes for chicken to be ready. I doordash from this wingstop all the time and every time I do, they either get something wrong or forget something. Every time I order a sweet tea, they give me peach. And I’m allergic. And they are always forgetting to put my ranch in the bag that I paid extra for. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

My husband and I just did a take out order and we handled the bag with care going home. I go to open the bag and one cup of ranch was all over the place inside the bag and on the togo boxes. It looked like they dropped the ranch on top of one of the togo boxes and than proceeds to put the tray of fries on top of the spilled ranch as if the mistake never happened! And tucked the spilled ranch container on the side as it leaked all over the tray. Like seriously??? Why do you feel the need to do this? Lack of care of these workers! Service: 1

Walked in asked for my food waited 20min and walked out with nothing. Terrible establishment. Waste of time. I arrive for an online order on time and they hadn't even started my order 20 min after being there on time. Disrespectful staff rolling eyes at customers. The place looked disgusting inside. Once again this place is so bad per the app food is ready then they say when I get in. 45 min. That would be over a hour and half since I ordered. The service here was pretty good and everyone was nice but my food wasn’t the best. My fries were super salty and soggy. My wings looked like they weren’t tossed in sauce and just thrown in the container with some sauce. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
