Came to pick up an order placed ahead of time (showed up 20 minutes later when I was told it would be ready) still took almost 30 minutes for me to get my food while I watched an employee talk on the phone for 15 minutes and there were a dozen people in the restaurant waiting for their food as well. Finally approached the counter from being tired of waiting and when she got off the phone to help me acted as if I was bothering her. She wasn’t taking an order or speaking to a customer she never touched the POS the entire time. Lunch rush 12:30 pm 🤦🏻‍♂️ If you own this franchise fire the manager and whoever they trained before you lose your business, judging from the aggravation of myself and everyone else in the restaurant and your last 3 reviews being 1 star it won’t take long. I seldom rat at wingstop but I felt like having wings so I went in. The employees greeted me and took my order. I got 10 wings and fries. Cajun and Louisiana Rub and a brownie. The Cajun tasted like Buffalo which I hate😒 but I never tasted it before. Anyways, my food was cooked to order and I felt the love in it. Those fries were delicious omg and fried to perfection. The dry rub always is delightful and the brownie was great after a few minutes in the microwave. Pretty happy with this location. Nice people.

So fresh they come with feathers. I ordered from this location a few months ago and was disgusted to find feathers. It was traumatizing that I started going to a different location with better wings but bad customer service. I decided to try this one again and I got feathers again. Food is always good, but why everytime, I mean every single time, do you have employees sitting directly outside the front door hanging out in the gray pickup. Seems like at all times 2 employees just hang out and always on break. This is the saddest order I have ever gotten, the size of these wings is pretty pathetic. Especially when the prices have gone tremendously up. I’ve never been so disappointed in an order. Besides the food, staff was nice & food was ready on time. That’s all that can really be said.

I was very disappointed with my order at this location. I asked for well done fries with extra seasoning. The lady came from the back to verify I did ask for extra seasoning, I then got back to my office to eat and there was a cup of seasoning dumped on top of the order of fries. They were inedible. She knew damn well that's not what extra season means. It's on the menu I can't be the only person asking for it. Also the chicken sandwich was soggy. Slow, and then let our food set up there we had to actually ask them to look for it. But I guess considering we found Waldo it was maybe worth it I actually my girl said no waited way too long for a order that we ordered from home before we got here and still had to wait a half hour to get it.
