I know people say this a lot but I would quite literally give this place zero stars if I could. I ordered my food at 7:00pm. Did not receive it until 7:56. We were told they were prioritizing DoorDash orders. Is that a company standard? Because if so, it’s an incredibly poor one. The staff was rude. One of them was more concerned with their phone than their actual job. Pretty sure I watched one of them blow their nose in a rag and keep working. There was a person who ordered a dine in six piece meal that still had yet to receive their food when I got mine. Absolutely wild. Will never come here again. Grease French fries fried in was dark brown, like it’s never been changed, French fries were heavy with grease and dark. Chicken nuggets had more pancake type batter on them than there was chicken. I didn’t actually order from them, but a doordash driver picked up and dropped off an order from here that was wrong. He then proceeded to pound on my door, which when I answered he requested for me to give him the wrong order 10 to 15 minutes after. I questioned him on the safety and quality of food that has left both the restaurant and then his control. Food was great. We been ordering from here for over 10 years, but we stopped like 2 years ago due to food not tasting good. Today, I went with my daughter and it was really good. Please please keep TJ working there, because he treated us like royalty. Great service and thank you TJ for your smile and for a great human being that you are! I ordered cajun wings to go and they did a great job balancing wet and dry rub flavors. Many locations make these too dry. Also nice about correcting an error I made when ordering side sauce. I ordered online and experienced an issue with delivery. The manager and the cook that I spoke to were both really helpful and accommodating. When I eventually got my food, it was warm, tasty, and packaged well, (better than some other locations I have ordered from). Thanks so much guys! In all my Wingstop experience this had to be the most disgusting chicken I've ever had ever they basically poured the whole lemon pepper bottle on my chicken I did not live there or around there I was trying to have dinner cuz I had to go back to work so to go back was not an option for me it was horrible I just spoke to the manager who sounded very humdrum and I understand you may have had a hard and busy day but 10:30 does not quantify midnight and so hurrying people to clean up their own mess which I thought was an oxymoron and just kind of rushing people out of there not cool if you say you going to stay open till midnight have people in there who want to work till midnight and cook chicken not hurriedly it was just a bad experience I will never go back to this Wingstop they don't have to worry I'm taking the heart off favorite no longer a favorite in $18.39 is hard to come by it is a luxury even though that was my dinner it's still a luxury so I hate wasting money and basically I wasted my money last night which I did not appreciate. Made my order wrong by making the wrong flavors and when I asked if they remake it the cashier refused. Even after saying I won’t keep the wings I just want the flavors I paid for she refused. Ordered my wings online and said it would be a 22 minute wait. Get to the store to pick up my food, IT WASNT READY. They NEVER changed their wait time in the system so Instead of it being a regular standard 22 min wait it was a ONE HOUR WAIT. Shift leader on the shift/ manager failed to provide quality service especially by neglecting to reflect accurate wait times. I ordered at 9:48pm got there at 10:15 my food was given to me at 11pm. Staff was also unprofessional by yelling at the cashier who seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. Stopped by today for lunch. The customer service was outstanding. The wings were hot & fresh. The restaurant was clean. Every single table & the bathrooms too. 10 out of 10! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
