I’ve tried ordering from this place twice and both times it was a complete disaster. I don’t ask for much especially dealing with the fast food restaurant as big as Wingstop. However, I expect you to at least do what you’re supposed to each time I ordered the food wasn’t hot. The fries didn’t have enough seasoning and weren’t made to my request which was extra crispy and both times I ordered wings they weren’t fully coated, I thought Wingstop is supposed to toss your wings. It looks like they are lazy and they just drizzle sauce on the top. I remember back in the day used to be so much extra sauce. You used to literally soap up the sauce with your chicken, but I get it times are different But for me to be paying $30 and the food not cooked properly or coated is disappointing but I complained and they gave me a $10 gift card so I tried to order from them again and they did the same thing. So of course i complained again and I’m grateful that the manager did get in touch with me and she will be issuing me a refund but I wanted to leave this review in case others have this issue if we bring attention to the management that these things are happening, maybe in the future we’ll get better service.
