I don't know if it's the location or if they were running out of ingredients but I was a little disappointed in my order. I got an order of boneless wings, but instead of boneless wings I got boneless nuggets. The chicken was flavors were great but the size was really small. I've had wingstop before but this is the first time they were the size of other fast food nuggets(some were even smaller). I may return, but today was a real disappointment. The last 2 (15 sec visits) here have been terrible. 45 min to an 1 hr wait. We have walked in & walked out. The cashier said, "Is it pick up or placing an order." I said placing,"oh it's gonna be a hour wait," she said.. I stated the same thing like previous, "what ever happened to the 12-18 min wait? " We agree with some of the reviews on here. The quality of service is not what Wingstop used to be. If you know your peak hours & days, (game days & times) you should have more staff working. If your location is busy drop more wings in, be ready to assist your customers & and keep them coming back. So, like before we drove to another Wingstop location, and service was much better & efficient. If you want to wait around for an hr or so & get poor service, then this is your location to go to. It was the worst service here. 1hr to wait for food, mind you we told them about our order and the guys cooking the order started to laugh like if it was a joke. I had the best experience at this location. Me and my friend came in at around 11 pm after work and we went in expecting not so good service since we went so late(which we were fine with). But the hospitality and the atmosphere of this specific location was so worthwhile. Every single employee gave off such joyful energy and hospitality, it genuinely felt like I was at home eating a home cooked meal. I could tell everyone in that place felt like a family. The gospel music they were playing in the background also added to the experience because dont even get me started on them wings. I'm telling you those were the best damn wings I've EVER had in my LIFE. I felt like I was meeting Jesus taking a but outta them wings. My friend and I edned up tipping the workers 10 dollars. I HIGHLY recommend going to this location. And give them workers a raise cause those wings were BUSS Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It's been quite a while since I've had Wingstop, and boy have they gone downhill. The wings are no longer cooked to order. I know this because my order was ready right away. Not served blazing hot anymore. The veggie sticks should not have been served. They are already past their prime, soggy. The employees were nice, but the food was lacking. Although my order was completely messed up by door dash, Ms. Leticia helped me with her kindness and understanding. Again thank you so much. Placed an online delivery order and it was messed up pretty bad (like missing almost half the order). I called in and the manager asked if I couldn't just come and pick up the missing items. I said if I could have done that in the first place do you think I would pay delivery fees? He said he would give me credit for the order if I came in to order the next time. I just went in to order and there was no note about my issue, and when I tried to get them to replace the order they tried charging me for combos I didn't want and with a 'credit' it was going to cost only 4 dollars less than the original order. This location has come a long way! Latisa is who took care of us and she was the friendliest person I’ve ever dealt with at a Wong Stop location, I pray to god she is the manager and can instill that into her other employees. I would give this 0 stars if i could, service is terrible. me and my fiance have waited on our wings for an hour, just to get our food and it be completely covered in salt. the management is horrible we sat and listened to the manager threaten to fire every single employee and continue to not help make the orders at all. then had other employees walk out just to get a break from getting threatened of losing their job. please get better employees and better management.
