Undeniably the worst location I have ever been to. This place is ran by children with no manners and no idea of what customer service is. Orders are consistently wrong, if they even send the order. This last order the wings were raw still. 50/50 chance if they will actually serve you in the store. Management is clueless. Employees are useless. I will take my business to wing snob. Axel the manager was delightful. I made a the night before and had a little problem with my order. I spoke with Axel and his customer service was so wonderful I wanted to take this time to give this review. We never order wingstop because there are usually issues. We wanted to try some new flavors so we ordered it to give it another chance. I’m giving two stars because my fiancés wings tasted good (aside from the fact that one of his 5 he received was entirely a breaded chunk with no chicken.) Five were really hard and difficult to chew and the other five were so salty tasting I could hardly stand to eat them

Below average food and made extremely uncomfortable by young lady at the register. Awkward stares and accusing me of putting soda in my water cup smh. I literally had to laugh to stop from cursing her out. Needless to say I will never return. Service Dine in Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Order was completed wrong! Ordered bone-in and gave us half bone-in and half boneless. Also the flavor was not what I ordered. Disappointed. Too salty and couldn't eat them. Didn't really want to have to drive back to the restaurant because i had to wait a while just to get the order. Will not be back to this location! Placed an order at 6 got to the restaurant at 6:50 PM and they gave my order away to someone else. Had to wait an additional 15 minutes. They did apologize and moved quick to get us our food. Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered 2 different types of the new Cajun combo. I first ordered the tenders, and also ordered the sandwich. All of the items had Cajun seasoning, yet none had the ranch and cheese sauce. When there is literally an image on the window of exactly how they are supposed to make it, they just guess and completely mess it up. Further, they didn't provide any of our sauces with it so that we could do it ourselves. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

They gave my food to someone else. I ordered online and came to pick it up. They had no idea where it was. They do not ask for a receipt when picking up. They asked for mine after they had given my food away. I had to wait an additional 30+ minutes or I could’ve gotten a refund that would’ve taken 3 business days. HORRIBLE SERVICE. The cashier had to go back and forth between me and their manager. The manager did not even had the courtesy to talk to me about the error.

I have never seen such horrible and slow service until I went to this place. Like I waited and hour for food??!!! Makes no sense at all. I had a small order and another man who came behind me had a larger order. Smdh.
