We ordered 20 wings and Our Wings were so overcooked that we couldn't even eat them 😩. I am so disappointed. I couldn't bring them back because I had an appointment to go to. We also got some dark salty sauce on them. Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

REVIEW UPDATE! 2023 This is update #3. I've tested this branch out a few more times since the review below. Quality has improved once again, perhaps new management? This branch is back to high quality food, thorough service. Definitely recommend over other branches within 10 miles. ---- From 2021 Quality has dropped! Updating my review from 3 years ago! I used to live this branch but the last 5 orders I've received have been horrible. The fries literally have had NO SEASONING on them, the wings are literally the size of a quarter, and the service is mediocre at best. I do not recommend this branch unless you plan to have them remake your food everytime. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I'm giving one star for the excellent manager that went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I would rate her 5 stars, but my overall ratings are based on service, presentation, accuracy, speed, and value for the money. My order was supposed to be ready in 20-24 minutes. If that actual wait is over 30 minutes to an hour, they should tell people. My wait was nearly an hour. Several other customers also left complaining about waiting over an half hour for their food. Honesty and integrity goes a long way. The cashiers or apps should be honest about the wait so that people can make an informed decision on where to patronize that day. Some people don't have the time in their schedule to wait that long. Others don't have the health to stand on their feet in the cold for almost an hour for 10 wings. It's definitely not worth it for those of us with very small orders. It was very busy. Some orders weren't even being dropped for 30 minutes. I'm thankful for the manager for taking control of the situation once I brought it to her attention. Unfortunately I will not be returning nor will I recommend this location to others.
