I decided to give this place a try after having great experiences in Abilene at both locations. Time quoted online was 11:30 but the food was done early at 11:15. Service was great and very prompt. Food was very fresh and was seasoned great. I would definitely return to this location when visiting San Angelo. I love the ease of ordering on the app and the quickness of food preparation. The staff are always friendly and appear to enjoy the services they provide. Wings are always prepared at the right temperature and all flavors I have tried have been exquisite. Don’t go here unless you can wait over a hour for your food to come out! Worst experience EVER! Went in to place a to-go order. I was told the wait would be 30 minutes. No biggie. I just went to Wallyworld across the street to pick up a few things. When I got back 30 minutes later, they told me it would be another 20 minutes. Those 20 minutes turned into 45. That means it took them 1 hour and 15 minutes to prepare 2 orders of wings and some fries. Unacceptable. By the time I left with my food, the restaurant was filled with people standing anround fuming! Only go here if you don’t plan to eat for over an hour! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The employee was extremely rude and unprofessional, she cussed and had an attitude with my brother, I personally will not be returning and I hope she gets fired.
