I ordered online and picked up some wings on superbowl Sunday - I was EXTREMELY impressed by their organization and they were within 5 minutes of the time my wings were supposed to be ready which with how many people were there was a pleasant surprise!!!! The bbq & Asian inspired citrus sauces aren't sweet at all. Bbq is more smokey than anything. The wings were overcooked and dry... even with the sauce. This place is not for me. It may be your cup of tea, or fry of wing. Idk Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

5 star wings every time we go. I just can't say no to the family when they ask for it. I'm a mango habinero girl myself. It's the best flavor on the board and best in town. I highly recommend 👌 Food: 5

Called the order in ahead of time. The food was hot and waiting for me. Service was professional, and efficient. I ordered eight boneless wings, half with garlic parmesan and half with mango habanero, and lemon pepper fries. Absolutely delicious. I recommend the above flavors, and if you walk in, there's one of those self-serve soda machines that you can choose flavored drinks. I order the cherry Sprite, myself. But there are tons of choices available. 10/10, will return for sure. Ordered " WELL DONE" fries with "EXTRA" seasoning. I got soggy almost uncooked fries with no seasoning at all. This location is a joke, I do not recommend getting food from here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Made a small 20 piece boneless and fries order for my kids and chose two different sauces but when we got home, 12 miles away, they took a bite of their food and spit it out because it tasted sour, so I threw them away. I called to let them know our order was wrong and they had me pull the chicken out of the trash and bring it in to replace it. After picking through half chewed chicken to count it, they turned around and threw it away anyways. Not only did I wait 30 minutes the first time but they told me my food would be ready when I got here and they just started making it when I arrived. Took them another 50 minutes to make 10 boneless wings. I’m watching the workers and just about every one of them is on their phone and then handling the food. One of the workers keeps eating while he’s working. I just used the restroom and there was a small cockroach crawling up the wall. Almost every worker is rude and looks like they hate their life. Of the seven people working, only two guys and one girl look like they are actually doing anything productive. I am so disappointed with this location. It has really gone downhill. Wings did not have any seasoning , french frys were soggy and not edible at all even trying to finish cooking in air fryer they were to soggy we have never experienced this bad of food from this location spent 54.00 for family and food was unfit to eat ! Our first experience at this location in early 2022 was lousy, but decided to give it another chance because I really enjoyed the wings in California. This location is dirty (filthy front door, chicken bones on the floor, etc). The clerk can't count to 7 as she only gave me $6 back. The wings were over cooked (or more likely had been sitting) and dry. In Calif, we had to wait 14 min for our order because they were done fresh. Here we got our order in 5 min so the chicken had already been made. When we left the employees were standing around joking and drinking soda when they could've been cleaning. The staff are unprofessional and we will not be returning. Also, the garlic-parmesan doesn't taste the same as the Calif locations. Can't taste the garlic, there was no butter (usually extra butter would be on the bottom of the tray, but it was dry) and the parmesan tasted different - maybe they switched to a cheaper brand.
