We went in and sat down, our waitress had very long hair that was loose and not pulled back or tied up. She used the same lines to speak to us she had just said to the table in front of us. We ordered 5 lemon pepper and 5 Thai chili wings because we weren't starving. We also ordered salad and it took a good 15 minutes to get it. When the wings came, they were freshly cooked and hot,however when you finally bite into the wing you've been craving and see blood and pink meat, it kind of grosses you out! I spit my wing into a paper towel and finally got the waitress attention. (There were literally 3 tables with people in them, the rest of the place was empty. It was about 3 pm, not their busiest part of the day.) She forgot the celery we ordered and rolled her eyes when I showed her the chicken. She literally asked what we wanted to do. Really? Take it back, recook it, take it off the ticket. She took the plate and had them remake the chicken. I literally got nauseated at the thought of even eating it. MY husbands chicken was red when he bit into it. Called the waitress again and showed it to her explained it was undercooked. Same rolling eyes, didn't she know people can get food poisoning from that? I tried one piece and Wish I hadn't, I got sick last night with diarrhea and sick burp! 🤮🤢TMI I KNOW! She even charged us for the little cup of ranch! Wth? Don't wings come with it when you order? The only good thing was the Atmosphere and the Tv's. Takeaways!? *raw wings served *robot waitress-literally used the exact same words to us as the table in front of us. *Service was poor at best * go early to get parking when there's no one there *clean place *lots of Tv's for viewing games and sports * not a thank you for coming from staff seated at entrance literally crickets.....when we left. This was our second time visiting. ***response to business owners response to my review**** THE CHICKEN WAS RAW! TASTED UNCOOKED! BLOOD POOLING ON BONE! The picture does not even do justice plus I had already been eating on like half the wings when I was like you know what I’m gonna make a review. But for these being to go wings their juicy properly sauced not dry cooked to perfection and for me I was two hours away from the location so I’m just receiving the wings they’re still good! Only downside is is that there was only one cup of ranch for 20 wings but that’s not a biggie yet I wasn’t there to order an additional one nor was I present to see what the type of atmosphere was but this food on point and they did make sure to put my celery in there so I’m gonna give it a four out of five stars. We've driven by this place a million times and always thought we need to try it. So today we did. The space is very large and open. Much larger than it appears from the outside. TV's everywhere so you can watch whatever sport that is in season at the moment. Love the outside patio that can be used all year! The menu is massive. Making a decision with all the different options was difficult. We came for wings, so that is what we ended up ordering. I ordered boneless buffalo wings with rings, and my spouse ordered bone in teriyaki wings with fries. Never eating here before, I didn't realize you could get grilled or fried boneless wings. I ended up with grilled. The flavor was there, and they were very good, just a little different from what I'm used to. The rings, however, are not my favorite. They were really nondescript. My spouse loved the teriyaki wings! A bathroom visit was required after lunch to remove the sauce. The fries were good. Needed a little salt but good. Overall, it is a good place to eat. I got a delivery from them and ordered 5 ranches,but got zero. I know companies are trying to save money, but you will lose customers if you continue to do this. Great food, but always Che k your food and ranches as they have a bad history of messing up peoples orders. This is not the first time for me, but the the third. Just want to say this place is great ! The staff is awesome and need to mention an outstanding member there. I'm not too sure about spelling but the host was amazing ! Piper I believe was extremely hospitable and so nice. This member is an asset that sets the standard for this restaurant. The food is always good, no doubt about it, baby girl 🥸. The only thing that's a bit of a problem when you get there is the cleanliness. When they clean the table, they leave it wet. The menus were a bit wack with some nasty stuffs and sticky. Otherwise, everything is literally really good 🤓. Had a great time here! Our server was very friendly, the wings came out fast! A unique variety of sauces with the ability to choose your heat level for their classic flavors. We tried the classic extra hot buffalo, the mild garlic parmesan, and the atomic ghost pepper ranch. All three were delicious! I am very conflicted about this review. Our food was absolutely amazing, however it was all room temperature when it came out- it had definitely been sitting for a while before it was brought out. I can't imagine how much better it would be if it was fresh. Our server didn't know the answer to any of our questions about the menu and only checked on us once thru out the entire meal. I had to go find her to ask for the check and a box. The plus side is I can tell you that their food would all travel very well since ours had to sit for so long before we got it. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt and return again and hopefully have better service. Like I said, everything was so tasty and if we had better service this place easily would have gotten 5 stars across the board. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
