Food is fine, but they shutdown the focus on their dinning room and place the emphasis on carryout and delivery. You can get better service from McDonald's. You order from a QR code and do the work yourself. Of course, you still get the tip line. Why change locations to expand seating? I've always loved wing shack, but this last visit was exceptional! Brandon gave us BEYOND amazing service, and we look forward to returning to see him again :) thanks, man! The drinks were swift and amazing, the wings and fries were probably better than ever, and the service was exceptional!

My family is absolutely obsessed with Wing Shack we are never let down. Tonight we dined in and everything was great! The service was on point and the food was excellent as usual! I have a new favorite mixture of Garlic Parmesan mixed with Golden Hot! It took about 5 minutes to be acknowledged by anyone when I entered the business. It was not busy. I had to wait for the wings longer than the internet said because I ordered extra crispy. I'm not sure who's cooking but the wings were amazing! Perfectly cooked and abundant barbecue sauce on each wing. We brought in a volleyball team and their families. We ordered ahead. When we got to the restaurant our food was ready for us when we got there, it was hot, fresh, and made to order! Gave us the wrong order, then after waiting 20 minutes for our correct order they over seasoned the dry rub. We did not feel welcome and also were ignored when going up to the front counter to ask for a box. Have eaten here many times but this was my worst restaurant experience yet. Brooklyn was fabulous, she helped us order with the ap, told us how to order with their 20 wing deal. Jordan, the bartender was great on helping us order drinks. Food was great! Service was good in front counter, wait time was 30min for wings which I thought was a long time. Wings in my opinion were ok. Ordered golden hot wings that were more oily than hot. Waffle fries were good. Food was fresh just not 5 star good. the other guys I went with also said food was ok. I’ll have to try something else next time I go, different flavor.
