The wings like always were really good. The young lady behind the counter was helpful and polite. Even though we had a four-year-old with us and she was a little rowdy they were very nice and accepting. And never once did we have to ask for extras. They brought everything we needed from ketchup and napkins to to-go boxes. So we will definitely be back we always have a great experience there. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The flavor of the chicken dishes was absolutely delicious! 😋The chicken was incredibly tender, a solid 10 out of 10! The menu options were diverse and appealed to my taste buds. The service was top-notch, Matt was very friendly, attentive and honestly he gave me the best service I had for a long time. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Wing Shack! The fact that you could mess up wings this bad is really sad. There was no sauce on my wings or my girlfriend’s wings. Thank God we ordered an extra sauce on the side. She ordered the potato chips and got about 8 total in the bag. Wing stop could do better then this. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

How do I begin to review such an amazing restaurant. The price is always great on top of the staff constantly trying to help save some funds. Danyele at Loveland Wingshack is an outstanding employee! Her dedication to getting customers everything they would want with a great smile and positive attitude is worth mentioning. Her consistent help and understanding during all my visits has not been matched. With Fresh food and rotating sauces means I will always choose this restaurant over majority of their competitors. The environment in the restaurant is bright and open with sports, beer, arcade games and plenty of space for a few friends or so. I enjoy the culture of the staff as all the employees I've had the pleasure of having an interaction with have been so helpful and kind. We get Wing Shack for all the big games #GoBlue!!! They have good wings and its priced well. The fries are always really good. They also treat their customers well and make an effort to keep you happy, which I appreciate a lot. Tried to get a special deal on Monday but didn't end up working. The deal being 75 cent wings on Monday looked good until three website made me get a drink and then they added a service fee at the end turning what was going to be 16 ish bucks into 21$. Still I was willing to get them but I tried several methods of payment and the website didn't work. So at this point I was over it and closed the website. I had the best conversation and order experience with a young man named Sutton. This man honestly went way above and beyond talking to me about my order and what I wanted. He helped me complete my order by explaining menu items and deals that they offered that many other people just wouldn't do or even know. I respect this man one hundred percent for learning and pushing the menu. I was unsure of what to get and he made it super easy for me, thanks Sutton! Don't change. He also helped me out with a hospitality coupon for free shishito peppers, how cool! This day in age is rare to get that kind of service, he should be the poster child of great customer service. The Good: The food was great! The Bad: If this looks like a repeat of my last review, it’s because Wingshack Loveland can’t figure out how to give a semi-accurate time that your order will be ready. I placed an order for more than $100 worth of food. The system said it’d be ready in 25 minutes. I showed up on time. Only to be told it would be another 25 minutes before it was ready. If the online ordering system isn’t capable of providing accurate information, then address the system and stop wasting your customers valuable time.
