Wing shack hits every time. If I get it delivered thru a 3rd party, pick it up myself, or dine in the food is always consistent and delicious. I can’t say that about any other restaurant. Whenever I ask my kids what they want for take out night 10/10 times they ask for wing shack and me and dad are not complaining!

Absolutely terrible service. I requested 2 orders of wings be delivered as well as fries and a salad. All they bring out was a salad. You’d think with the amount of money I spent and the fact that there were TWO RECEIPTS stapled to the bag that they’d see the order was wrong but I guess no one knows how to read at this establishment. I requested it be canceled but I STILL HAVE YET to receive my refund from door dash. Absolutely terrible experience through and through

This is simply the best Wing Shack! None of the other locations even come close. You can't beat the customer service and everytime we come in we are greeted with a smile and a welcome in! They always go above and beyond for their customers. This spot is always busy with not only the lobby being full but online orders coming through constantly. If you want wings this is the only place worth having them. This store is a step above the rest, small comfy and welcoming. They hook it up with the flavor and always great you happiness. We have been coming for years. The consistency is always on point.

As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by a huge smile and prompt service! JJ was super friendly and happy to take the time to break down some menu items for me. He even recommend the funnel cake fries!!
Everything was DELICIOUS and service was quick even though there was a lunch rush!

Riley was incredibly friendly and suggested the funnel fries which were delicious. He was also very attentive and provided great customer service. The restaurant was clean and the service was fast. The wings as always were delicious. Also the fries are the best always crispy and salty.

Zack was so welcoming and informative I was ready to leave a good review before the food even arrived. It didn’t disappoint at ALL. Most restaurants make you pay for all flats but me and my girlfriend noticed we had them for FREE! Finally unlike alot of restaurants that throw away excess food, we were offered some accidentally made funnel cake fries and let’s just say that was the Cherry on TOP!

Logan was a total complete jerk and the chicken had FEATHERS and they refused to refund us! Disgusting! They wanted to take the food back behind the counter against food safety.
