I was there 10/23/23. At 10:37am the guy that was working this morning has a bad customer service rude. He told me he was the owner son. I did not buy anything he was so rude .

Okay I'm not the first one who's saying this, these people needs to learn how to talk to customers, I had a sandwich and a coffee, was great, but the people who works there they don't like their job. That's why their bad attitude. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Worst Winchell's I've been too, rude customer service, two day old bread, and a $1 debit charge if you don't spend $10; that's outrageous. Should of just gone to McDonald's for a full meal and coffee

Gross... Workers touching money and everything on the counter, then grab my food bare hands with no gloves. The plastic lid didn't fit my cup, so they take the old lid back and put it back on the stack after I was touching it and they touched it bare hands. When I commented, the workers gave zero cares, and it's obvious they do this all day, and will continue to do this all day. I get they came from a different country with different standards, but we don't do that here. We wear gloves and have standards. Will not be coming back and debating on having a friend at the health department come check this place out, the kitchen looked gross and I'm debating even eating this food or just tossing it out since I lost my appetite...
