My family has tried the doughnuts half a dozen times and all but one experience have been poor. The doughnuts freshness are hit/miss and two different staff workers indicated the doughnuts were not fresh the day of and recommended we not select a few different types if we wanted fresh doughnuts. We have also purchased doughnuts that we have asked for from the glass shelf and the doughnuts we ended up with were from behind the glass and would presume were older and not even the same type of doughnut asked for only to find out when home. Was excited to see Winchells open in our neighborhood but the inconsistent product freshness and service needs to be addressed as we have also heard similar reviews from nearby neighbors. Please address and not serve day or two day old doughnuts to retain customer acquisition. Thanks Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Spectacular. The coffee is always fresh and hot. Amazing pastry selection - these are donuts and such but way better than grocery or other shops. Breakfast sandwiches and coffee drinks. Our family LOVES this donut shop! I take my kids there for "donut dates with dad" and the donuts are always fresh and delicious, with just the perfect crisp on the outside and soft and moist inside. The owner, Sam, and his employees are all super-friendly and cheerful. Definitely 5 stars!

Winchell's means best donuts in Denver! We grew up with Winchell's donuts, and I want to thank owner Sam for keeping up this legacy. Had a chance to visit and wasn't disappointed. His turkey melt on everything bagel was spot on. And, of course, the donuts were exceptional.

Been there twice, I tried to give it a chance, but may be the worst tasting, over cooked donuts in the Metro area. They have a nice looking selection, but the donuts are over cooked NEVER again, let the near by school eat them.

Had a bagel egg and cheese sandwich. Was really good! They have a variety of items other than donuts and some interesting beverages other than coffee. Donuts look yummy! Staff was wonderful. I hope they add some seating outside for the upcoming warmer months. Will be retuning today with my kiddo for donuts!! This will be a regular spot for me!

Staff is so friendly, the place is super clean, the food is 🔥, the drinks are 🔥, and the food is 🔥. I got the ranchero breakfast burrito w/bacon and it was so good. I love this place. You won’t be disappointed
