Wimpy is mostly my favourite go to eat place everytime I go to malls, but so far this one didn’t really meet my expectations . The food was okay it wasn’t bad at all but for some reason it didn’t hit the mark . The service was not as good as non of the waiters came to check on us not even once after we got our food . The atmosphere is great, very open space enough light comes in . This Wimpy branch is pleasantly surprising in that the service was really good and the food was a decent portion. There is a good blend of seating and friendly welcomes from the server staff - even though they were working under pressure. Food was well-prepared and resembled pictures on the menu (many fall down on this aspect). Despite the mall bathroom in sight, the Wimpy has its own bathroom which was neat and clean. The wait for food was short and server staff were friendly and helpful.

Great service from Kenaya, she was friendly and always checked on us, making sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything else, thank you Kenaya.

Everything was perfect coffee was hot as I asked food on time Nelisa as our waitress for the day was so lovely keep checking if we were still ok with food.
